Samsung Galaxy Tab A 16GB 9.7-Inch Tablet SM-T550 - Smoky Titanium (Renewed)

Great tablet. Easy to use. Has high sepcs for the price. Great battery life; I charge it about every two weeks. I would definitely recommend. This is my second purchase of this product. Got one for myself a few months ago and got this one for my grandmother.

The product was delivered as described; clean, no defects, all parts as posted, and on time. The tablet is just what I have been searching for to replace an older one. I have multiple Samsung products and rely on the efficency and reliability of them.

This tablet is a piece of crap. It freezes constantly. And is also lags a lot. It takes forever to download an app.

Good solid product, like all Samsung products that I've owned. I ended up returning it for a Kindle fire 7". All I really need a tablet for is reading kindle.

Just received the refurbished Galaxy Tab A. It is a replacement for a 1st generation ipad that had seen better days. It works perfectly and looks new. I have the mini sized galaxy tab that i love (also bought it refurbished) As well we are now android/samsung smartphone users. So we have standardized on android technology. No disrespect to apple, but the customization on the galaxy platform makes it much more pleasant and easier to use. Just a matter of taste. Refurbished is the way to go.

I returned this. It was refurbished. The power opening quit working after a month. I tried to plug it in to recharge and it would not recharge. I have multiple Samsung products so it is not like I do not know what I am doing. I had all the apps and icons just perfect, so I did not want to return it. I tried all my current power cords that charge my other devices to see if I had a bad cord. They would not work on this device only. I contacted Samsung to see if there was a device that you could just lay the device on like my phone to recharge. The customer service person was not helpful and rather grumpy when he found out I bought it on Amazon. I have bought other refurbished items on Amazon because of their good reputation. They have worked great. This is the first bad one.

The tablet itself is good, I have a Samsung Galaxy phone so the workings are very similar, however, the time it takes to charge this tablet is TERRIBLE. It takes way too long to charge. My old Kindle charges in half the time and my phone takes 20 minutes to charge almost entirely. It was refurbished, however, it should not take this long.

Bought for daughter she loves it does everything really well I know the specs aren't great but you would never know runs great and screen is really sharp and clear, same size as ipad air but with none of the Apple usual nonsense.Bought as certified refurbished and turned up in mint condition only a damaged box, not a problem really great value for money.
