This juicer is very heavy and very sturdy. I have owned 4-5 of the aluminum competitors that are brightly painted yellow, green, and orange to match the fruit... but the heft of this piece is far superior. The key... most of my other units the pin breaks... because it takes all the stress. Time will tell... but the pin looks sturdy and is shorter (less stress/less bend). I expect it to last... we will see. I will report back. Thus far I am very pleased. No-brainer at this price... Better than the painted aluminum ones by a MILE!!! Dec 2025 Update: However it has not held up well. It started as a perfect circular juicer, but became oval over time. I like to get all the juice I can, but I am normal size and not a huge guy, so I am applying what I call normal grip strength. You can see from the pics it just doesn't go down all the way anymore. First year was great, year 2 started to get mis shaped. 3 stars for longevity/reliability.

I have only used plastic lemon squeezers in the past that didn’t work very well but this upgrade is so worth it! It is so sturdy and works great! You really only need one hand to squeeze a lot of juice out! I recommend this to everyone!

After using a painted metal squeezer and seeing the coating flake and fall off I will only use a stainless steel version so I'm not eating paint. Good quality, easy to use.

The description lists this squeezer as 'Large' - it is not! I bought this to ease the processing of over 300 lemons from my tree and the squeezer could barely handle the smallest of them. There was NO way this tool could handle the standard size lemon, let alone the larger ones from my tree. I also compared the efficacy of this tool with my plastic juicer tray in regard to juice production, fruit waste and ease of use. On all three points, the juice tray I use now was easier to use and provided more juice that this product. After using this item on one lemon, more than a 1/3 of the lemon was still left in the peel. I squeezed the two halves of this tool completely together so there was no way I could do anymore - with that much waste, it was clear this item was going back. Also, the construction of this item is poor as the two halves wobble from side to side. The hinge joint feels as if it is ready to break apart and is not solidly built. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase. You have been warned.

This is my second one of these juicers. The first one after about 3 months the handles did not align and it almost looks like it was deformed. After receiving the new one it has worked out great and one of the best juicers that I have had in recent history. Overall it looks like the quality has improved, fits inside of my kitchen drawer and seems to get all of the juice out of the fruit

Super convenient, sturdy, and does the job perfectly. It squeezes out all the juice with very little effort. The metal is strong, easy to clean, and doesn’t rust. Preparing salads and drinks is now much quicker and easier. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Not the best quality and ended up breaking. The squeezer was easy to use and extracted alot of juice. The squeezability was easy and worked well before it broke and was very easy to keep clean.
