For someone who has anxiety almost on the daily and doesn’t want to do any pharmaceuticals, this has been a wonderful addition to my routine. I think between drinking more water and practicing yoga, ON TOP of this supplement, it has worked magic. The supplement doesn’t stink or taste bad. It doesn’t make me feel weird or anything. I take one in the morning and one at night. It definitely keeps me at ease and I’m obsessed with it. I am finishing my current bottle then will subscribe. 10/10

If you are a highly stressed individual this product is awesome!!! Very easy to swallow and EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE. If you take it daily as you should it builds up in your system and you can start feeling the effects in the first couple days. It takes the edge off. For me it even helps me sleep better because I'm not laying awake stressing out all night over whatever in my head. Very affordable product and works like a charm. I've tried other brands of Ashwagandha products and this brand so far as been the most effective formula. I highly recommend to anyone with high stress or anxiety or even just issues sleeping at night.

I've been taking these a while now in the evening and they help me to relax and get ready for sleep and I can definitely feel a change in my overall mood after a stressful day of work. I take two before bed and they're fairly easy to swallow and no bad taste that I can detect. It's a great product and I highly recommend them. I do wish the container came in a larger size with more capsules considering that you need 2 per serving.

I would definitely recommend this supplement/this vendor for your supplement needs! I'm on probably my 5th bottle of this specific ashwagandha. What drew me to this one in particular is that it's only 1 x per day and that it has black pepper. Most other ashwagandha supplements require 3 x per day and they do not have the activator ingredient, black pepper, for added efficacy. Supplements are an unregulated category and you have to be *extremely* careful to purchase from reputable companies. I made the mistake of purchasing an inferior saffron supplement from an Amazon vendor and had months of gut issues that required multiple trips to the doctor and essentially 3 months of sleep deprivation due to the pain I experienced in the middle of the night from my gut. I'm now very careful to only purchase supplements that I trust and Naturelo is on the list. Ashwagandha is a great adaptogen and has been particularly helpful with my stress levels. You could take 2 if you'd like, but again, supplements need to be taken in the correct dosage i.e. if you take too much borage oil (another adaptogen) you could have a seizure. So always make sure you exercise caution and moderation when introducing any supplements!

I’ve been taking this supplement for approximately 2 weeks, I’ve seen improvement in sleep quality, increase in energy levels, regular size capsule, no taste . Drink plenty or water. Pretty good supplement!

I've been using them for a few weeks now. I take it 2 times daily, and appreciate the vegan product to take instead of synthetic products. It is easy to swallow, and no after taste. I can say I have had no adverse effects from taking It so far. It is the first vegan option I have taken for Ashwagandha, and it is a welcome addition to my daily intake. I recommend this vitamin. Makes me feel great. I will update if I need too.

Most of us live and work pretty stressful lives. Even moreso these past few years. I've read about Ashwagandha some years back as the "hot new thing" in Herbal supplements. Didn't think anything of it then. Incidentally, I'm on quite a few FB Nutritional Health groups in which NATURELO products kept popping up. So I decided to check out their Ashwagandha. Yeah. I can definitely vouch for the calmness I get from this herb. Especially when in a stressful work environment. It totally regulates my mood. I take it at nights before bedtime. Awake and ready to start my day. I'm on my second bottle now. And I'm ordering other products from NATURELO too (Just ordered their MultiVitamin). GREAT PRODUCT!!!
