Q: We have received this but it comes with instructions to bind it and a pin to install!! Is this necessary or can you just hang on wall?

I've just hang mine, and it's been up for a couple of months in my kitchen now, working fine and looking lovelt

Q: The 6 is annoyinly upside down. Could you take it off and turn it round?

It’s not possible, no, the numbers are welded to the frame. I’ve been delighted with mine. It keeps excellent time, looks great and is almost silent. I did take the hands off and painted the tips a contrasting colour though (a very simple job to do) because they often merged with the frame making it difficult to tell (at a glance) what time it was!!
