All in all the game is very similar to the Xbox version and I highly recommend checking it out if you're able because the rules
For anyone wondering this is based on an obscure Xbox Live Arcade title and not the classic PC War Game with an almost identical name. All in all the game is very similar to the Xbox version and I highly recommend checking it out if you're able because the rules in the tabletop version can be confusing and the video game has some amazing tutorials. While I enjoy the tabletop version I like the Xbox version a little better. The tabletop version has tedious and oftentimes confusing setup.

Way to complicated!
Me and my 12 year old son tried to play this twice already, but man is it confusing and hard to play. I am a big fan of the computer versions, but this board game version is too confusing and too many steps.

I found the game rules confusing to follow, and this comes from a wargamer of 30 years. I would never purchase another game in this series.

Very hard to understand
Se bought this for my 9 year old son, and we couldn't even figure out the directions, way too complicated, we couldn't even play the game.

Great Game for Teens or Above...
This is a great "light wargame" simulating American-German combat in WWII. I am not sure why another reviewer complained about not being able to play with their 9 year old since it clearly says the recommended age is 12 on the amazon.com listing.
