The author made it very easy to understand the qualifications for obtaining an SBA backed loan. She also included several checklists and recommendations for checking your credit and financials before getting started with the process. The only negative item I would say is that the book needs some general proofreading before the next edition is released.

No broker ever told me all these important details, it does make the difference! The book contains also study cases that help understand how the lenders look at your financials and your business documents. It was easy to read, with clear instructions to follow.

I was looking for a recent book about SBA loans, but most of the on-line books were written many years ago. This one came out recently in 2018. The content is up-to-date, well outlined, easy-to-read, and contains useful business tips. I found it very helpful to have all the images of the forms and checklists on my Kindle device. I recommend it.
