Oh my goodness.....this mattress topper is EXCELLENT!!! SO COMFORTABLE!! I didn't want to get out of bed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND THE THICKNESS IS GREAT!!

I needed a topper to soften up a too firm mattress that causes back pain, and this looked like it might help with that. Unfortunately, it's not comfortable; it is just as firm as my mattress, so I wake up with back & hip issues.When I purchased this item on a Prime day last month there were no "Normal softness" & "Slightly harder" options; now those are listed.Had they listed those at the time I would have purchased the "Normal softness" option.What I received is the "slightly harder" type, even though nothing on the box indicates it; I only knew that because it's now noted when I click on my order details.This is misleading. I wish I could return the item, but it's not practical, as the mattress topper came compressed.The topper retains heat, too, making it a challenge to stay at a comfortable temperature throughout the night.I wake up frequently during the night because of the heat retention and firmness issues.On a positive note, the cover is nice, and the topper seems to be of good quality. It took only about an hour to decompress.I did have to let it air out for a couple of days, though, as I am sensitive to odors.

Love this so much I just bought a second one for my daughters room . Adds extra comfort but doesn’t make it so you sink way down into it!

I bought this for our camper (as camper mattresses are awful). This is so awesome to sleep on! No more sore backs!!!

I got this mattress topper a while ago and I did not realize how much comfort I can offer. It is super cozy and feels so good when you lie down. It makes my back supported than just a mattress. You will feel sinking in the bed little bit which makes you feel comforted. I sleep on my side and it definitely supports my spine by creating personal shape. It is easy to clean and material is very good fabric. Thickness of the topper is perfect in size.

Ordered this to help me sleep better as a Cancer patient product box and plastic was tumors and that put a small hole in the cover. Quality looks great just from laying to feel the comfort. Packaging was poor causing damage. Item is bulky and heavy snd I’m unable to repack it for shipment back. Wish discount is given or item replaced with help to return this one

After unrolling this topper, the instructions state that it takes 48 hours for the topper to fully expand. They should have stated that it takes over 5 days. Other than that, it appears to be as advertised.
