Promensil Original Strength Red Clover 90 Tablets (Pack of 2)

Literally worked within 7 days. I took one twice a day, morning and night. A week later, the hot flushes that had literally just started up over night - 5 or 6 a night - gone. I shall drop it down to 1 a day now that I've had 3 flush-free nights in a row.

Arrived on time, if slightly squished! Helps with (but for me does not eliminate) hot flushes. Reduced in frequency and intensity.

I take 1 tablet a day and no longer have any hot flushes. I used to have several a day and night. It took around a month to work.

For me this did not work, in fact it seemed to make the hot flushes/night sweats worse. I stopped taking these tablets. Shame because I could certainly do with a break after 9 years of 'the hots'!!

Game changer for my hot flashes. Severity and frequency have both been cut by at least 3/4. I’d recommend to anyone.

Been using this product upon my physician's suggestion for a couple of years now after hysterectomy (since I'm not a candidate for HRT). Has definitely reduced the severity and frequency of hot flashes and night sweats but you need to use it consistently.

Hot flashes reduced by 75% after 2-3 weeks. I have been buying since then, that is November 2014.

The Promensil I received from Hawthorn USA, the box read: Each tablet contains 40mg standardized dietary isoflavones extracted from red clover. Serving size 1-2 tablets daily. I have a box that I bought from another company and the box reads: Red Clover extract (flower top) 222mg and 40 mg isoflavones - serving size: 1 tablet. So, that is why I requested a return label and my money back because I don't trust taking this product. I have been taking Promensil since 2001 and I know what the product has. Hawthorn USA is misleading because I thought it was a company located in the USA. I don't want to buy from outside the USA.

As a previous customer has stated, this product is only half the strength of what I usually buy. It works fine if you take it twice a day but if you want the convenience of a once a day tablet, then purchase the maximum strength variety. There's one that I have purchased from Natrol and once a day works fine with that one.

I can’t find this product in the US. I first found it in Montreal and it works great! Very convenient to get it from Amazon and a much better price even with the conversion rate of Canadian dollars.

Original Strength Promensil - all what I can say, it works for me.

The online information did not list all of the ingredients. I thought I was getting the original Promensil like I used to take. This package had heavily coated tablets with several ingredients. I am very sensitive and do not want to take a chance on so many new ingredients. I have not used the product. I would buy the Natrol promensil that I used to get if I could get it at a reasonable price and if they have not changed.

I love promensil. I had been using it for years and didnt think it was doing anything, So, went off of them for a while. Boy was i in for a surprise. Night sweats came back along with hot flashes., etc. Got back online and ordered it. Very disappointed to find that we could not buy them in the USA any longer. So when I seen they were available again but from the UK I did not hesitate. I bought them and had them shipped. I've tried a lot of different ones from when they went off the US market till I found these again. Will keep buying them
