I bought some Super Light cleats for soccer at the beginning of the summer. Every time I wore my cleats with one pair of socks I would get some seriously gnarly blisters. It got to the point where I had to sub out of games and not go back in due to pain. I'm not a wimp, I'm talking every step excruciating pain. I am also very stubborn and didn't want to get rid of these awesome $200 cleats. When wearing 2 pairs of socks all the time got real old, I did some research and came across this GEM of a product. This stuff is like chap-stick/KY for your feet. It is awesome. Since I have had this product, I have been able to play full 90 minute games in the same boots that would destroy my feet in 45 minutes. Mueller's lube is great for feet, any area that can get chafed from clothing, or skin against skin. I buy this product by the case and also give it as gifts to my running friends, particularly those who run long distances. I've tried countless brands and this is the best. It's not greasy, it doesn't make your feet slide around in shoes, and you won't notice it on your skin. It stays on and is effective for at least a marathon without reapplication. It's got a neutral smell, and a stick lasts a long time. Goodbye blisters, goodbye chafe.

I had been using Body Glide for chaffing issues when I run but decided to try Mueller's Lube Stick as it was much cheaper. The product goes on smoothly, doesn't stain and has no odor. Just ran a 10k last night in the 85 degree heat and it worked great! The only issue I had with it was the shipping (it did arrive on time) as it appeared to have melted some. I would def order this again.

I bought this for my 12-year old son who gets chaffing between his thighs easily and sometimes quite severe. If you put this on before the activity it works well. Seems to elimiante the friction and chaffing. He put it on 2 times per day and did have any issues with chaffing. Works well for arm pits and any other areas. It's not greasy and goes on like a solid dedorant stick. I will be getting more of this for next year, as it worked well in the extreme summer heat.

I like the feel of body glide a little bit better but this is a much better value and does the job just as well. I guess I should say that I'm not a runner. I started using these products years ago to prevent chafing in and around the lower parts during the warm months. I used to go through a stick of body glide every few months. I'm still using the first stick of Mueller years later. It's almost gone and I bought a replacement months ago but the first one is still going.

This stuff is great for feet. My wife and I used it for the first time on a recent trip to San Francisco which included a lot of walking, and we definitely had less blisters and chaffing on our feet on the days we used this product. I didn't notice any real oiliness on my socks either.

Tried it today - not in love with the popsicle push-up because it pushes right back down when you use it, would have been better to have a screw-up bottle. Also, the instructions on the bottle to use on your feet kind of threw me, because I wanted to use on my thighs and arms - saw in reviews that others use it that way, not sure why it only talks about feet on the bottle. Worked fine on my run though, formula seems to work.

No different than Vaseline. Would prefer a more powdery texture. Serves its purpose in a convient applicator if you can get past the greasy feel.
