Great book on de-stressing your life
What a great little book, chock full of incisive comments and practical help for balancing busy, stressful lives!I’m not someone to ask for help and often the pressures of work carry across to my social life. Emotion Lotion offers sound, practical advice for identifying when this is happens and how to handle it differently. The 10 Steps explain acceptance of yourself; defining boundaries you work within (“Rubber Boundaries”); and learning not to accept negative thoughts (“Catching Yourself At It!”).This is a book I’ll be dipping into again and again.Highly recommended.

A healthy mind set really is easily achievable
An easy read that makes you realize a healthy mind set really is an easily achievable goal. I enjoyed being able to read the entire book in a short period of time and then to be able to dip in and out of the chapters. Just following a few of the tips in the book can create such an enormous shift in your perception of your life.

Lovely book
Lovely book that resonates on many levels. It's easy to read and I have put some of the skills into practice already to great benefit. I'd definitely recommend as an accessible way to practice mindfulness and look after your mental wellbeing.

Great book! Loved the simplicity, yet the effectiveness of the exercises and practices covered. Very easy to read and follow. Clear steps to showing how to implement practices into your everyday life. Great for both beginners and more advanced in mindfulness-related practices. Much recommended!
