I purchased this because my raw spinach was going bad on me before I could use it all. I also saw in a lecture that adding it to your diet could help curb appetite and cravings. I generally add a tablespoon or less because it has a more profound flavor than fresh spinach, in my opinion. I love it because it’s so convenient. No more waste. Bonus, I did notice a decrease in appetite.

This is really good. Very fresh taste and it’s great in smoothies and even broths and vegetable soup. Great packaging and long shelf life. Would be a good thing to take on camping trips. I’m looking fir even more ways to use it.
