After applying the ear wax softening liquid and letting that sit for 15 minutes, this product pushed out gobs of old ear wax! The ringing in my ear is much less intense already. It works much better than a bulb syringe, by allowing you to move the spray nozzle around inside your ear to get the water behind the wax and gently push it out. I used filtered water. Distilled would be good also. Overall, an excellent value for the money!

I've had mono hearing for over a month now so I purchased this product after being recommended by a friend. One quick and easy use and now I'm hearing in stereo again!!! The drops helped soften the blockage and allowed it to flush right out!! I will definitely recommend this product after having such a great success. This seems to be my solution to my ear problems. Thank you. For a solution I used 1 part warm/hot water, 1 part hydrogen peroxide, and 1 part white vinegar.

this tool works very well, it does extract wax from your ear, BUT be careful, do not overuse it, do it only one or two sprays and no more, in my case, I extracted too much wax, AND by doing so, I might have developed Hyperacusis Google it. you end up hearing too much, I am not saying that this product caused it... but better consult with an ear specialist.

Easy to use and super easy to set up. Also had ear drops included which is awesome. Does it work? Heck yes. Look at my pics. Look at all the huge chunk of earwax that came out. You wouldn’t believe how clearly I hear now. Whoever made this I want to shake they hand. Years of earwax removed. 9/5/2022 go out and buy if you have wax like myself. Five stars I give it

The kit itself arrived in a timely manner, and it is easy to use, but the included ear wax softening drops were three months expired and will have to be thrown out.

I’ve tried ear wax kits and ear drops from drug stores, including one that had a palm-sized rubber bulb-shaped water dispenser. All those products DID NOT WORK!!! My wax buildup was very severe. My hearing ability was diminished, especially in my left ear. As a last resort I bought this kit that includes a water bottle fitted with a spraying trigger top and plastic tubing. A nozzle is attached at the terminating end of the tubing. The design of this system is ingenious!!! The plastic bottle is large enough to hold an ample amount of water and hydrogen peroxide solution. This is important because you want to attack the ear wax blockage with a constant, long duration, high pressure, rapid pulsing flow of cleansing solution. The plastic trigger atop the bottle allows the user to keep a constant rapid cadence of incoming solution into the ear. I had to refill the solution bottle 2 times to thoroughly rid my ears of the offending wax, but at least I was finally able to eliminate the wax buildup!!!!!!!!! I was so overjoyed to see the wax particles dropping out into the bathroom sink and out of my ears. My hearing was good again! By the way, I used the included ear drops to soften the wax prior to doing the high pressure wash procedure. Out of fear of failure, I used two applications of the ear drops. I don’t know for sure if it made a difference, but I’m very happy that the wax blockages are gone!!! I am so grateful for the inventors and makers of this product.

Given the reviews, I was eager to try this product. I followed all instructions, and tried it again the next day. Not only was no wax removed, now my hearing is more muffled. Made an appt. to see an ENT specialist. This was a waste of time and money. Update: This product may work fine for minor blockages. If yours is more severe, as mine was, I urge you to consult an ENT, who can easily remove the blockage.

Product works as advertised. Recieved kit & used it the same day. Quality of components were good considering reasonable cost. Fluid & pain in ear prompted my purchase & after 1 bottle of flushing I was astonished when clump of earwax was discharged in sink. Gave me immediate relief and will use this on regular interval. Highly recommend this product, it saved me a trip to doctor.
