Perfect for solo camping
This is a solid choice for solo camping and backpacking. It’s lightweight, packs down easily, and doesn’t take up much space in a pack. Carrying it on hikes is no problem at all. Setup is fast and straightforward, which is great after a long day on the trail. It’s compact inside, but it feels sturdy and stable once set up. Perfect if you want something simple, reliable, and easy to manage on your own.

Erected in 10 minutes straight from Amazon box 👍🏼
This tent is compact and goes up quickly and easily. I raised it on my back lawn to check it out - I am happy so far. Rain tomorrow and Sunday so I’ll zip it up tight and see if it leaks. Instructions are a bit sparse. Use common sense. Stake down floor first then thread center pole and spring that into place. Then rain fly with Velcro strap around pole at center (slot to let strap fix to pole). Then hook fly into stakes - they actually are what keeps pole centered and tent erect. It packs small to strap to my handle bars. Very ingenious. Would I hike Pacific Crest Trail with it? Dunno. With lightness comes some fragility. One superior thing is the stakes. Very light, strong (~1/4 inch aluminum with good point) and unless you’re camped on bedrock this will make quick raising a breeze. The way the fly overhangs the base waterproof feature is ingenious. (see pic). Basically this tent is all screen. The fly is the solid opaque layer and not touching the screen. Ventilation and bug proofing looks to be exceptional. In a month riding from Williamsport Maryland down C&O Canal trail. There will be weather. At that point I’ll update.

Stake bag broke
Setup was easy and the quality of the tent and fly itself were awesome, however the packaging kinda lacks. My tent stake bag got a hole in it immediately and I'm pretty sure I lost a stake before I noticed, and the bag that holds everything is like .5" diameter too small to be able to stuff everything back in without having a lumpy overstuffed feeling bag. Those small tweaks makes it a 5/5

Nice Small Tent
This is an initial review. It seems like a pretty decent tent so far. It sets up easily and there is plenty of room inside for one person. I think you could even fit squeeze your backpack in there. It packs up pretty small, so I think this would be great for back packing or any other time you don't have much room for gear. I will update this review once I get the chance to spend the night in it. One of the main negative points I have seen is that it does not hold up well in strong winds. Since there is only one pole and no guide lines, I can see where that might be the case, but so far, I have no complaints.

Light weight
Nice light tent stays dry in the rain takes up very little space if you are backpacking and extremely easy set up. Only thing I would change is the tent pegs as they are the cheap aluminum ones that bend fairly easy

Great tent, fully waterproof but not the best for tall people
I brought this on a backpacking trip in northern Michigan (porcupine mountains) it’s very easy to set up and take down and it kept me warm and dry, it rained on the second night and I was dumb enough to put my tent on some low ground so when I woke up and stepped out my tent was about an inch deep in the water, none of this water had made it into the tent though which was very relieving, the tent fits me (6’1) and my 65L bag which I used as sort of a extra pillow but there was no extra room to spare after fitting me and the bag in there. I also could not sit up completely straight, aside from this everything has held up well for 4 trips so far, just a little small for big people, would recommend as a budget tent!

It's solid for what it is.
Alright I've used the tent in different seasons, climates and temps. During the summer I didn't use the rain fly due to the heat, it was airy enough, but you will not be able to hang a fan if its really hot... the tent is too narrow and low. Its stupidly easy to set up and pitched. It's kind of tricky to get the most floor space when staking it, its trial and error. The door is less than ideal for keeping out muck... honestly the door is my least favorite part. I'm 5'11 and a larger person, Its a squeeze. It's basically a bivouac.. when I'm laying down its perfectly room and cozy. It will fit a large and wide megamate. If you're planning on using this a lot and not as a testing the waters type tent to see if you like camping/backpacking... for the love of a higher being... get the 2 pole version. You'll have room for a fan or to sit upright. This is the tent version of sleeping in a submarine bunk.

Decent budget tent
I cannot give an opinion on using it for the night, as I hurt my back around that time. I will try to update this review after spending the night in it. What I can say: It was easy to set up and has sufficient stake out points. The material are heavy duty and look to be of good quality. The flysheet was easy to put on and fits tight enough. The bathtub floor should be high enough to prevent splash into the tent. It has roomy floor space and should have enough room for the dog and I. It has sufficient head room for me (I am a little over 5 feet tall). If you are really tall, setting up in it would be difficult. The vestibule is small, but adequate. I do like the option to use the vestibule as an awning. I did get the chance to rain test the tent. After a pretty much all-night, hard rain, there was NO water or water drops inside the tent. Only 4 stars since I have not been able to actually stay in the tent all night during a rain to see if condensation is an issue. It does seem to be a good value.

Solidly built. Spent one night in fair weather so cant comment on the weather proof features. Weight was about 1.5kg and not as low as advertised. Was big enough to accommodate me and my 85l hiking bag. Condensation build up was noticeable. Also requires the pegs to be knocked in to keep the tent from falling down. May be an issue if you're on rocky ground
