Fobus Model VPQ RT Walther PPQ H&K VP9 Paddle Holster

VPQ RT - it is as described ie the Roto Paddle version. Surface blemishes from shipping (soft pouch not boxed) not an issue a firm wipe with a soft cloth they are removed. It fits the H&K VP9 perfectly, holstering smoothly with audible click when in place. It is very comfortable with or without a tucked shirt or with/without a belt. Draw speed is very good. Fobus recommends a hard fast pull straight up, for me I found using a very slight push in on the grip towards the body as you pull gives a very clean smooth pull every time and allowing the retention screw to be set at almost max (just over a half turn off max for mine). Gun retention is very good, comfort very good, draw speed very good. Removing the holster is reverse of insertion, ie appendix insert (RH Carry) and slide back and down, removal do the reverse and rotating counterclockwise as you slide forward, the retention hooks disengage smoothly and quickly that way.

This is an ok holster, I have another Fobus for my Walther PK .380 but not for tactical shooting by any means. It is a bit hard/snug to get out the gun out of the holster quickly so keep that in mind plus if you are a female, it is huge. Not really for conceal and carry and unless you are wearing a tent. But...It is pretty durable and I don't have to worry about my gun falling out. It does hold my Walther Q5 match without any problems.

Solid design but has several rough edges. The lip at back of trigger guard needs to flat to improve grip.

WORKS GREAT. BUYERS SHOULD BE AWARE THE FOBUS REQUIRES A VERY POSITIVE AND ACCURATE PULL OR THEY WILL GRIP YOUR FIREARM AND INTERRUPT YOUR DRAW.

Great holster. Fits the HK VP9 perfect. Love that you can change the angle of the draw. Holds the gun nicely and the draw is smooth. Very comfortable
