Everything came at one time. Packaging was durable, considering it did get a little banged up during shipping, there was no damage to pieces inside. Assembly was easy enough to understand, however I am a drafter, so that was probably to my benefit. It took me about 8 hrs by myself to assemble, including a separate coffee table I ordered as well. I expect this furniture set will last a few yrs, if taken care of. The covers are not the greatest quality, more for sun exposure. I had the set covered the first nite, due to expected rain. The rain did seep through enough to wet the surface of the cushions, but not enough to soak them. I plan to buy a gazebo in the near future, so I'm sure that will help the durability. At one point, I did have a manufacturing issue & reached out to the company. They were quick to respond & willing to fix the issue. However, I was able to resolve the issue myself. As for comfort, it's comfortable enough for an evening gathering, but I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a "lounging" set. All in all, I happy with this purchase.

6 piece set looks great in turquoise with the black wicker.Customer service was fantastic they sent the turquoise by mistake when we had ordered grey but they caught the mistake before we received the order and already sent the correct color. Told us toKeep both!! Very comfortable and good quality.

Easy to assemble, use a screw gun with an Allen bit as a drill will not fit. Very sturdy and levels easily. Pillows are super comfy, however the bottom cushion are not very dense so you are basically sitting on the frame. At this price though you can go to AtHome and buy some thick ones

Our problem is the wire rack on the lava table warped on the first use. It warped so badly the cover doesn't sit flat on the table. Assembly is a full day but one you figure out how to do it properly it goes together fairly easily.

Writing review as the wife on this account.Just finishing assembling this. Took about 1-2 hours per night for a full week. I worked mostly alone with an extra set of hands for a few minutes here and there.Like other reviews said, it is an absolute nightmare to assemble. I’ve put together furniture from Target, Walmart, IKEA, and Wayfair…nothing was as bad as this. There are SO many pieces… some bags have extra screws while other bags don’t have enough shims. The whole process is VERY tedious, and I’m not afraid of hard work. The directions are mostly clear but I had to review them multiple times because it’s just pictured without words which was a little confusing at times.Buyer beware of the assembly. Leave yourself AMPLE time or hire a few people to put it together. I am shocked with how long it took me to assemble this whole set and wish I would have read other reviews more clearly. Other places like Costco, BJ’s, or Sam’s Club probably have better sets that take half the time (based on what family and friends have shared).Will report back on the quality by summertime.

I have had my set all summer and fall this year so far and I LOVE it. I have been waiting to find the perfect set for my deck for YEARS and never pulled the trigger on buying one until this year. I have the Bright Royal blue color. So glad I chose this one. It was a pain to assemble, but any furniture set is. Nothing out of what was expected. The outcome was worth it. I had it under a covered gazebo on my deck and relatively protected from rain, but there would be some that got in and the water just puddled up and didn't seem to soak into the cushions at all. I added some patriotic pillows to it and it has been a great addition and comfy retreat all year. I'm sad that I'll have to put it away soon for winter.

Putting together wasn't that hard just took some time. The storage box didn't have their letters on them so I got 2 pieces wrong and had to redo it. When I got the box for it, one of the hinges was sticking out and I believe that's why it closes weird. Will be adding the 2 chairs w/foot rest since this set was to small for my space ( should've measured for this set and my space). The covers for them are very thin but they'll do until I can get better ones. We'll see how it holds up in our TN heat next year. But over all I'm happy with it.

This product is a great value for the price. Arrived in 3 boxes, but 2 different dates/shipments. Know that the armless chairs/extenders arrived about 5 days behind the rest. All cushions for the set will not fit in the storage box, however I still like the feature! As seen in picture, we have this on a covered deck. Not sure I would want it out in direct weather/sunlight as the wicker material is much softer than the harder plastic usually found on this type of furniture. Overall happy with the quality and items included for the price. Seller promptly answered my questions!
