Great little suitcase. Just the right size for your carry on. Fits exactly what you need. Light weight. Locks. And the USB charges are just a plus.Color is very nice. Durable yet lightweight.Wheels spin nicely.Would definetly purchase again.Washable not like the cloth ones that get dirty.

I bought the red and blue cases, and they worked perfectly for our vacation trip, no problems with them being carry-ons for the airport. The wheels work great on any surface so far, and they feel like their going to last a while.

I love the case. Extremely light weight, so I'm glad I went with it as compared to something like IT luggage simply because it looks so nice and has the weight benefit. It seems to roll very well and the inside compartments and TSA lock are excellent features. Unfortunately, my case came with a small chip out of a film type substance which seems to be a permanent, protective layer over the entire thing. I imagine I could remove it all, but I assume it's for anti scratch. Otherwise, 5 stars.

This would have been perfect except the little card they send to show you how to change the security numbers isn’t helpful at all!!! The whole reason I bought it was for peace of mind. There isn’t a key or tool that comes with it so your kinda guessing on how to program the thing with the little info card and the directions that just don’t cut it! Very disappointed and I can’t replace because I bought it last min and really needed it for my trip. Never again!

I love the luggage because it's a nice size and easy to maneuver. However after just one trip all of our luggage have horrible scratches everywhere. Now they look horrible. FYI the black one is much thinner than the other ones but it doesn't scratch.

Bought this for my mom who was traveling from Alaska to Hawaii and she has finally fallen in love with a luggage bag that she can carry on the plane with her as her personal carry on. Worth seeing her smile!

Stupidity at its best. Product comes locked and no way to know how to open it. Called the company and was told it’s inside, I can’t open it I told them, yes we are working on this problem!!! Comes with no way of charging it, then had to order a power pack from amazon, another awful product!! Wrote a review on that as well!!! Amazon must write BETTER product information!!!!!!!!
