Its really easy to handle and I feel like I have the professional kind.

It does not work and the seller does not refund once you have used it.The product feels incredibly cheap. I never tried using it on my face due to how cheap the product feels so I tested on my arm first. I've had the fibroblast done by a professional before so I'm aware of how it should look and the recovery process. This is nowhere as good as the expensive ones, which is to be expected. You're also overpaying for this item. It's been about 14 days and my arm is still recovering from the lowest setting when this should have only take about 7 days for the scabs to fall off.Instructions are terribly written.

Bad sucks

This item did not work. It was completely dead, it doesn’t even turn on. Because it arrived so late, it became not returnable and I am out around $100!!

Bought this on recommendation. Works great. Solid and does what it’s supposed to. Very happy with it.

This is a cheap Chinese device w no training and it is not FDA Cleared. Buyer beware

I own this pen and I will defend this product and say that in order to use this properly you have to have training and know what you’re doing. It’s not the pen that’s bad it’s the user most likely. This is a plasma producing pen and very few pens actually has the ability to use disposable syringe needles which is really great. Syringe needles can be bent into an angle for better applications. If you can’t afford to have this treatment done professionally you should think twice before you do this to yourself and then blame it on the pen or equipment. The equipment is only as good as the operator. Don’t blame it on poor instructions. If you’re trained then you already know how to use it.
