This is a great lean six sigma blackbelt book with the book it’s lean itself lol lol lol it’s straight to the point no added unnecessary information - just here is the facts, keeps me interested every time I pick it up to read it make your mind to look for something else when you get through reading on what you were looking for - yes I love it to its deserves a 10 stars and I am an advance Lean Six Sigma blackbelt and going for my Master’s real soon

Everything you need to learn and understand Lean Six Sigma.This book succintly explain Lean Six Sigma, it highlights the concept, methods and tools for a Lean Six Sigma journey in process improvement. H

This book is a book of two parts. The first half of the book explains Lean philosophy very well and you can tell it was written by true experts. The second part is dedicated to various Lean and Six Sigma tools which are explained with inconsistent attention - some tools are barely mentioned, and a few have pages and pages dedicated to them. The book also assumes you are already familiar with basic tools a green belt would use and does not cover.I bought this book as one of the books to help me prepare for my black belt exam and it was not suitable for that at all. However if you are looking for a good book to help you understand how and why Lean works, this is a pretty inspirational read.

This book is a great reference and learning guide. Very complete and well written subject matter. Would recommend.
