Every item that I purchased was not the product name or what was in the picture sent each product that they said was a better product was actually once I reviewed and learned with the products to example solar converter is the cheaper older style not the new modern MMP .. The windmill was not give me the proper 2 inch clamp so I had to build up myself at great excessive cost the inverter after months of talking to them about how to fix it because it broke before it even got used @ a load of only 200 Watts I am now too late for a refund so they scammed me Super pissed ..

Après avoir fait le tour de plusieurs fournisseurs d'équipements solaire et éolien sur Amazon, je suis tombé sur ce fournisseur, il me semblait plus intéressant que les autres car le produit offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix. J'ai alors commander un kit 1000 watts solaire-éolien. Quelques temps plus tard une partie des panneaux solaires sont arrivés, en parfaite condition, puis quelques jours plus tard les panneaux manquants sont arrivés, malheureusement le transporteur avait endommagé l'un des panneaux, la vitre protectrice était éclaté car le panneau avait été échappé sur l'un de ses coins et la vitre protectrice a éclaté. Quelques jours plus tard le reste des équipements sont arrivés en parfaite condition. Après avoir inspecté la qualité de fabrication de l'éolienne, j'ai constaté une belle qualité de fabrication, les Pals de l'éolienne sont robustes et ne donne pas l'impression qu'elles vont casser au moindre vent un peu violent. Pour en revenir au panneau qui avait été cassé par le transporteur, j'ai communiqué avec le fournisseur par le lien dans Amazon et le représentant avec qui communiqué par messagerie au service clientèle m'a répondu rapidement, de façon très professionnelle avec courtoisie. Il m'a fait parvenir quelques questions histoire de connaître la raison du bris et m'a demandé une photo du code à barre sur le panneau cassé pour valider sa provenance. Quelques jours plus tard je recevais le panneau de remplacement en parfaite condition. Malgré un problème qui n'avait pas été causé par le fournisseur, j'ai profité d'un service impeccable et rapide. Je recommande ce fournisseur sans aucune retenue pour son professionnalisme et son soucie d'un service à la clientèle implacable. Merci!

Our windmill still is not charging, back and forth with seller and weeks before a reply…. Frustrated ! Now need to dismount t and go buy a new one ! No service at all, treat us like we are stupid … very very unprofessional, he kept going back to the same about send us pictures and videos….. there might not be enough wind….. HELLO ,, it’s well over 20 feet up in the air on roof by the lake , believe me there is plenty of wind !!! I am sorry but do not recommend this seller.

My main reason for purchasing was for the wind turbine, unfortunately the picture shows a base mounting system, it has an attachment flange but missing a way to connect???? 2. the electrical cables on the turbine are simply strung through the swivel area with no shielding other than the basic plastic wire cover... it is only a short matter of time before an electrical short happens " pun intended' the solar panels are over rated ... i could only achieve about 75% of rating with a single panel and less when ran in a series configuration as described. the solar controller is good, other than poor instructions the inverter functioned well, but again very poor instructions, had to reboot several times to get back and start the aggravation again.. SHOP AROUND.. WHO NEEDS THIS MUCH BULL SCATOLOGY
