Sturdy, durable, washes well, has not flaked or gotten rough around the edges with high heat use (crock pot and soups, not an open flame or cast iron). I really like using this. It has some weight to it, does not bend, and is the longer style. We have the solid one as well, and we use them often! It is also more deep than it's less expensive peers/ We hand wash all non-metal utensils, including this one. Cleans easy. Enjoy!

Study and well made, as expected for a KitchenAid product.It will suffice, even though it is a bit larger than expected and does not balance quite the same as the one replaced, upon a measuring cup by the range, which serves a multi function role in the eclectic but not-electric kitchen.

I liked the “feel” with additional weight in the handle. Each of the pieces in the set appears to be quality.

This is a good quality kitchen cooking utensil, but I failed to notice it didn't have a hole in the top to hang it. I bought several of these, and the price to send them back makes it not worth it to return them. I will give them away as a bridal gift.
