** Please read **My order shipped on Monday - it arrived the next day!I LOVE that it folds! It takes so little space. Very happy about this.Instructions and drawings were very clear and easy to follow. Assembly was very easy. Took me ~90mins to do it by myself. If I had to assembly it again it'd only take me ~20mins.All pieces looked brand new. Nothing was missing or damaged. Box was in great shape.Gap between back pad and sit pad I measured it to be exactly 10cm (when flat): many have complained about this "gap" but your lower back is supposed to be suspended in midair and arched so the padding there is not needed at all, so the complain is ridiculuous. I was able to do flat bench presses normally and without a single problem by arching my back like I was supposed to. The gap is closed by 2cm when used with any of the three inclinations.Leg developer: It was a great extra! I tried it and it works well. Worked out my quatriceps and hamstrings. My sister certainly is happy about this extra.The bag with all the screws comes with two tools to tighten up the bolt screws. Tighten the bolts extremely well to prevent any serious injury and even death! The manual comes with a drawn ruler on every page that is important in order to make it easy to identify the bolt screws.As others have pointed out, some of the steps in the instructions have already been done for you, but those steps are the "super easy ones."It feels extremely sturdy and I feel completely safe with it.If you're going to bench alone (no spotter) - well use caution. Undertand your limits. On my first try, there was one lift I could not push all the way up... and when I was struggling to do something about the weight, I almost injured my left shoulder, right on the first day! So please know your limits and be very careful if you don't have a spotter. I'm thinking of purchasing a "power rack" in the future.Doesn't have declined. It has flat and three levels of incline (don't know the degree angles).The Cap Barbell Weight Bar Standard 72-Inch Threaded Bar that I ordered separately fit perfectly.This bench allows for any kind of grip, so the width is perfectly appropriate, as opposed to the Marcy Classic Standard Bench with Arm Curl which although was cheaper I didn't purchase because most were complaining about the "grip width" of the machine being inappropriate.The barbell bar must be unmounted before folding and locking it (comes with safety pin to lock it).This bench also worked perfectly when I did my dumbbell flyes with it. Both flat and inclined worked.I'll work hard with bench presses + dumbbell flyes to build a big and strong chest!Verdict: VERY happy customer. I love this bench press. I have zero complaints.

I bought this mainly because it can fold up and I don't have a lot of room. At 60+ years I will not be using heavy weights and will use it only 1-2 times per week, so consider that as you read my review. Before purchasing I read the reviews about units arriving with parts missing, broken components, I figured more junk from China but I'm used to dealing with that by now and I hit the "buy" button because of the folding feature and relatively low price. I've purchased and assembled a lot of junk since the 1960's, first, junk from Japan, then their quality improved. American manufactured items can be good or crap depending on the manufacturer. Then came China. With the quality of most of their goods, you wonder how they keep a country functioning. In this case, my expectations were low. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The packaging was excellent, with all parts wrapped in plastic within the box and fastened with zip ties to keep the parts from rubbing against each other and scratching the finish. All nuts, bolts, and washers were shrink wrapped on a piece of cardboard with the sizes noted that corresponded to the sizes indicated in the assembly instructions, and nothing was missing. The paint on all parts was flawless which is a real rarity from China. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. Everything fit together perfectly. I kept expecting to come up short on a component or fastener, but every time I thought I had, it turned out something was still in the box or I had dropped something. Apparently the Illinois based company that designs and imports this product understands the expectations of the American consumer and knows how to deliver. So, a tip of the hat to Best Fitness and also to whoever does the manufacturing, painting, and packaging. Again, I'm not really a fitness guru so look to someone else for that review, but so far I'm pleasantly surprised and I rarely give five star ratings

Ce n'est pas moi qui l’utilise mais mon fils, juste un petit bémol, le carton de transport n'a pas été ménagé, mais au déballage, grâce au mode d'emploi ( dommage qu'il n'y a pas une partie en Français, mais voilà ! ) tout était complet. Il faut compter quand même une heure pour le montage et de ne pas utiliser l'outillage fourni ( casses pattes) mais une bonne clé à fourche et à cliquet simplifie vite la vie. Mon fils est contant donc c'est OK ! ,
