Have to agree with others that the Kindle version is nearly useless. Hard to navigate, incredibly blurry.

The Kindle version is a rip-off: the resolution is so low that many place names are unreadable. It is simply not fit for purpose and it should be illegal to sell this under the pretense that is an electronic version of the physical product (which, presumably, is actually fit for purpose).
