The description for this product is misleading. It reads that you get everything for the pool reel, but we only received the poles. When we reached out to get the rest of the parts, we were told they don't deal with that and to reach out to the manufacturer. We tried to explain that part of the shipment was missing and set screen shots of what was advertised on Amazon and what we received and they still did nothing to help.

I called the company because my handle broke after 3 months. I’m figuring a defect because we barely used it. When I called the company the man I spoke with accused me of breaking it and was extremely rude and wouldn’t help me he said it was my fault even though it was supposed to be under warranty. Very disappointing when you spend that kind of money. He told me to quit buying stuff off Amazon

Definitely helpful for removal and storage of the solar blanket. Main issue is that screws and nuts have fallen off despite tightening and re-tightening.

I do like the adjustable height of the bases and the dual cranks, but that is about all. The directions were not very good and it took 2 of us quite a it of time to assemble. The straps that attach the cover to the reel have come out repeatedly. We have had to drill all new holes and they last for a few days and then just loosen up and fall off. So frustrating to have spent this much money for something that didn't last a week without coming apart.
