We looked EVERYWHERE for an oval faucet handle. Found this one on Amazon. Fit perfectly.

This is a handle for older FINE THREAD SPLINED SPICKET hoses
I needed to replace parts for an aging ( 20 year old spicket.) I needed a back flow adapter with a fine thread and this specific handle with a SPLINED SPICKET. The only options were this or an ever built one for $4 that Home Depot had. The handle on the Home Depot was too big to accommodate this screw. This product doesn’t specify any of this so I hope this helps someone! Beats having a plumber drilling into the vinyl to tear the spicket out.
