I started taking this due to feeling like I was having about 20 hot flashes a day. I am likely post menopausal but these were happening more frequently so I researched what may help. I take one a day in the morning and I very Rarely have a hot flash now. I cut back on sugar at this same time, so I can't say 100% that its just the black cohosh, but I feel like it is what helped.

Love this for hot flashes!!! 1 capsule am and pm and I am generally good! No side affects and good quality! I took a star away because they took it off prime! I don’t understand why they did this after almost a year on this supplement.

I use this to stave off hot flashes associated with menopause. I take it 3 x a week just one capsule and the flashes are gone. Works great for me.

I'm taking this to help with the hot flashes of menopause. It works! As long as I take it every day & it has to be this brand. I've tried others, they don't do for me what Wild Harvest does.

Started taking this for night sweats, worked well for a couple of months, but feel like I am back to where I started.
