After reading the reviews of this item, I was a bit sceptical about buying it but I was in desperate need of a signal improvement as I needed to work from home and have at least 1mb/s to support our VPN.1. The packing of the item was done properly and send by Citywirelessca very quickly.2. Like others, when I opened the box I found that the antenna seemed pretty cheap and weak. The hardware provided was ok and I could install the antenna in no time on my travel trailer. Installation instruction are pretty much inexistant so you must figure out by yourself how to put this thing up. As I am building my home and living in a travel trailer, figuring this out was pretty easy!! I was really scared at first because the construction seem pretty cheap. The metal used to build the antenna is weak and the antenna was loose.. but after a couple of weeks installed and have gone through 3 very strong storm, it stayed intact and have not been damage although 2 large pine trees had been put down by the wind 30ft from my travel trailer..3. signal boost was not as much as expected. I was between -107 and -103Db and after the antenna installed, I am between -99 and -105Db. My signal strength from my Rogers 3G27WV-R was Poor and is still Poor after the antenna plugged in but, There is nothing better that a true test to know if there was a difference. At first my phone sound a lot better as there is no more hesh sound and echo and I have not been disconnected once since I got the antenna hooked up. The internet has also improved!! My downloading went from an average 300Kb/s up to an average of 1.02Mb/s even if the signal strength has not shown improvement the results are speaking for themselves.. All in all, the signal rating from my router have not changed but my performance improved considerably, the construction did not seem strong but withstand some pretty strong wind. In the end, what is the most important is the true result and this Yagi antenna had impressed me! Very good product, and does the job pretty well!!

Excellent product ! I could barely use my phone before installation of this antenna and now no more echo and lost calls and my reception is completely clear. The installation was easy for me .I used a 12 foot 1inch diameter hemlock pole from Home Building Centre and avoided any metal or steel conduits etc.I strapped the pole approximately 5 feet up on my house which brought me 4 feet above the roof line and then I just aimed it toward the tower.The internet improved greatly as well and I always have a steady signal .A must have product for any rural users facing difficult coverage!

Very easy to assemble and mount, the cable included was long enough for me, but measure before you buy -- easy to see some applications may need an extension.Signal was boosted from "low" to "high" -- corresponding throughput at the computer was easily noticeable.

packaging lacks, was missing one of the rubber tips on one of the spokes. also there are no instructions... Other than that the antenna gave me good reception
