They definitely control my appetite and I would recommend. I take one on the morning and the other one a little later in the day but only if I need it. Once I get myself on track I discontinue use and use my own will power lol

These pills work if you follow the instructions. I lost the weight I wanted by not feeling as hungry and exercising as well. If I have a weight problem again, I will definitely purchase these again.
