Food for Life, Organic Sesame Bread, 24 oz

When my wife first insisted I cut down on flour and brought this home I nearly punted it out the door but decided to give it a shot. So I’ve found the secret is to keep it frozen and toast it for a few minutes but then it makes a great sandwich that tastes like a delicious cracker. I seriously love this bread (not a fan of their other flavors) and although I’m not entirely understanding (nor caring too much) about their claim to be a holier than thou form of sandwich ingredients, I can say that I do like it very much, even the crusts which I normally don’t like (yes I know I’m like a nine year old boy who gets his crusts cut off his PB&J with a side of chocolate milk).

I only recently started buying this bread, but I have to say I really enjoy it. I've never really bought bread before because most are not exactly the healthiest for you. However, after finding Ezekiel 4:9 I am happy to say that I have found a bread that I enjoy and that I can feel good about eating. Ezekiel breads use sprouted grains and that is what makes the difference. Yes, this bread comes frozen and I have to keep it in the freezer, but that is simply because it is so healthy and has no preservatives. Thus, it would go bad quickly if not stored in this manner. The health and taste benefits completely outweigh the inconvenience of having to toast the bread before you eat it. Also, because it's stored in the freezer it lasts a long time before going bad. Overall, a very solid bread and I am beyond happy that Amazon carries it on Fresh.Side Note: I tried Dave's 21 Whole Grains bread to see how it compared to Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame. I couldn't stand how sweet it was and instantly switched back. That will likely be the last time I try another bread for a long time. Food For Life has found a very loyal customer in me.

For anyone interested in consuming foods that are good for the planet and promote good health this company and their products are a great place to start. Good clean ingredients, low in sodium and super healthy. I enjoy their breads every morning with some organic almond butter accompanied with my morning coffee and oatmeal and my day is off to a satisfying and healthy start!

This is a staple in my home. We love the taste and the process taken to make this bread allows for a rich, satisfying bite.

WOW, we love this bread. used to purchase Dave's killer bread then learned of my hubby's gluten intolerance. Shopped around found Ezekiel bread & we're both happy with this change.

I had practically stopped eating bread (even though I love it) altogether due to starting to eat a healthier more natural diet a few years ago (including eliminating most processed foods), but then I ran across this bread last month and am now on my 2nd loaf! It tastes great and satisfies the hunger. I toast it and put some healthy peanut butter on it and I'm good to go for hours and don't have that terrible feeling you often have after eating carbs. The ingredients are wonderful! I highly recommend!

Lightly toasted with some butter, this is one outstanding bread. Keep it in the freezer and it will last longer.
