Great product the only thing is that not all the mugs fit. Once I find a mug that fits perfect I will update!

Bought this for an Airbnb we were working on over the past few months. Obviously, the time frame to return it has closed. We didn’t try it out until the other day when we were ready to put it in motion. Once plugged in and the button hit to turn on, the only thing that happened was smoking coming from the machine with a strong electrical smell. It did not function at all. Really disappointed. I guess I should have attempted to use it within the return policy dates. Absolutely can not recommend this product.

A fun machine, but not sturdy enough. Kruger much better.

Although it seemed like a good deal and arrived quickly, the first time I plugged it in, whisps of smoke started coming out of the top. The side did get warm, but tore safe, I unplugged it and waited 5 minutes as the instruction booklet recommended, as it can "over heat." However, once I plugged it in again, neither the power light or the brewing light came on. No sounds of brewing were heard. I believe it has burn out before the first cup could be brewed. I will be returning this item for refund.

It leaks more often than not. Seems to have a problem with sealing the top of the pod.Cheap and works like it.UPDATE. The leaks may be because of the type of pod I normally use. San Francisco Bay coffee. They have paper cups and tops, 90% compostable. Tried a regular plastic cup and it seemed to work ok. Only once so far.

The k cup pods would not fit in the coffee pot.

Great and really good for the price
