I really don't understand how this product gets so many good reviews. The pans are very poorly made, all three pans leak like crazy and they can't even closed tight. One of the egg tart mold are not cut right. I mean seriously, these are not small issues when it come to baking. Returned!

Gets the job done!
I purchased this set because I needed a 7" springform pan right away, and it worked pretty great. I was worried when I put water in it, and it leaked out when tilted. But the cake batter did not leak at all. I had to bake 3 7" layers and did them one right after the other. When I went to prepare the pan for the second layer, the bottom didn't seem to fit into the springform as well as it did before - it slipped out quite easily when I was trying to butter/flour the dish. I got it to stay put and used it for the second and third layers without any issues - still doesn't feel as sturdy though.I did notice some red powder or paint on the insides of the pans when I opened the package and had to wash it out.

excellent quality springform pans
Very nice pans. I especially like the different sizes. The only complaint I have, and it more a personal preference than a product issue, is the way the base and sides fit together. In these pans, the base fits into a slot within the sides. I prefer springform pans that sit on the base and clamp to a raised cake bed. Despite this preference issue, I am still giving these pans 5 stars as their overall performance and quality deserve the award.

Leak proof, yeah right!!! DON'T BELIEVE IT!
It states it is a Springform Pan set, MCIRCO Nonstick <u>Leakproof<\u> 3pcs(4"/7"/9") Cake Pan Bakeware Cheesecake Pan.... but its not. I MADE A CARROT CAKE CHEESECAKE for Easter IN THE 9 IN. PAN AND IT LEAKED FROM THE BOTTOM RIM.... DISAPPOINTED. ..FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. .. If your looking for leakproof, then DONT BUY because it does LEAKS AND it CANT BE TIGHTENED MORE to prevent leakage!!!

It works as expected
I used this to bake a cheesecake. The pans are smaller than they seem in the picture, although they do match the dimensions given. The smallest one is only a slightly larger diameter than a ramekin that one might use to make a creme brulee.The spring of the pan isn't super tight - if you make a custard/cheesecake and use a bain marie, I highly suggest using foil to wrap around the bottom and sides that prevent water from entering your dessert. This is pretty common in most springform pans though, so I wasn't particularly surprised.It is super easy to clean! I didn't grease the sides or bottom of the pan, and my cheesecake crust still came off really easily. If you keep your dessert on the bottom of the pan while serving, be careful when cutting because you may scratch the pan. Overall, this was a good purchase, and likely much cheaper than a pan that you would buy in a brick and mortar store.
