I bought this and it took me a while to inbox and I just started using it. It works great but unfortunately the on off switch doesn’t work so I have to unplug it. Unfortunately the window for return has passed. If you buy this make sure you test it out immediately and don’t have it sitting in its box like we did.

So far so good. This new all-steel model [which replaced my old one with a plastic outer casing that, to be fair, gave me two good years] has a double-ring gasket that creates a very tight seal around the seat of the upper fan-component where it sits inside the steel bucket which is where I believe the fault lay with the older distiller whose single gasket leaked in outside air that eventually failed the whole system. At least I think that's what happened. The silocone seal under the *glass* water container's cover bars any spillage, and the cover's wider mouth enables easy pouring without the gurgle and slop from my old model's small-mouth plastic jug. The nasty residue from southern Florida water [hexavalent chromium, chlorate, trihalomethanes, oh my!] requires cleaning after each cycle and the cleaning crystals included with this unit are better than the aftermarket ones. Where can I get more?

I bought this product in March 2020 and have used it enough to make at least 75 gallons of distilled water. The unit was reliable, until December 30, it shorted out two different circuits over the past two days. Only through process of elimination did I realize it was the distiller.The cleaning agent supplied with the order was not as good as white vinegar.

I received the machine much earlier than the promised date. The machine is good quality with whole stainless steel body inside and out. The water container is glass with stainless cover. The distill water producing efficiency is good as advertised.

sold by xinshifangdianzi. Great packaging. I like the glass container. Remember to buy a timer to shut the unit off before it runs out of water. Thus much easier to clean, and won't burn out as soon.

After 2 months it started leaking water out the sides. Not able to use and unable to contact seller. I am very disappointed as I was trying to get fluoride out of our water and spent a lot of time and money on supplements to help detox fluoride and now I am back drinking it until I figure out what to do next.

On first use the glass pot broke. The apparatuses performed as expected but the contents was not usable. I need another pot!

Works well but puts out a lot of heat which will be nice in winter but not now in the blazing heat of summer in CA. It is a lot of space it takes to store it also. I like that I am not putting a lot of plastic into landfills by buying water anymore
