This has been great to support my palm while colour grading
This is a great product for wrist support on your palm. As a Colourist, I colour grade TV shows days and night and needed something to support the palm of my hand that was getting so sore. I don't have carpal tunnel so not sure if this would work for that. It's soft, comfortable, and reversible. By just turning it inside out you can use on left or right and actually might feel better on my left than right. I did wear through the first one after many many hours and tv shows. It never broke apart, just wore through one of 2 layers of cloth cover the bottom bean bag part. I recommend

Relief at Work
I work in an office environment, typing reports, doing data entry, and whatever other matters that require sitting in front of a computer. I noticed lately that my right wrist and palm were becoming painful and sensitive. After checking around online for an ergonomic glove, I settled for this one.Pros:- The flexible splint. Just enough to keep my wrist/hand movements in a natural range of motion, but stiff enough to discourage me from flexing or bending my wrist too far.- The beads on the palm. It's like the cushion that you sometimes find with ergonomic mouse pad. I hate the ergonomic mouse pads because they actually made my wrist aches worse. While I got the benefit of the arched wrist ergonomics so desires, the mouse pad hindered my mousing. With the glove I have a pad that moves with me.- Fits just right...if you know your size. I used a ruler and determined I needed a medium glove. If you're in doubt do your measurements with a cloth measuring tape.- Well designed. It doesn't need 10 individual straps to fit around your palm/wrist/forearm. I need ergonomic support, not a glorified cast. The glove was initially tight on my forearm, but it did stretch to fit as time went on.Cons (very minor at this point):- Splint may be too flexible for some. If you need more stiffness you can probably replace it with something firmer.- Hand washing recommended, but the bead section takes longer to dry than the rest of the glove.- Beads get in the way of mousing. Take that with a grain of salt, because my therapist said I'm a terrible with mousing ('clawing' as she called it). Old habits die hard, but at least this glove is helping out.For you lefties this glove is reversible. I actually find the glove more comfortable on my left hand, even though my right is the one experiencing the wrist and palm issues.Overall this glove is a lifesaver. I noticed there was almost no pain on day one. Since then it has even helped with my wrist overall when I take it off after work. So research Amazon and other websites to see what ergo glove best fits you. It's a small investment with a huge payoff.

So far, so good!
I just received my glove today, and so far it's great! First of all, I ordered it the 19th, it shipped the 20th, and I got it on the 22nd! And this is with free shipping! Also, people are saying the measurements are hard to get right, and this was making me hesitant to get it at first, but it's so easy! Just follow the directions, use an actually ruler, or measuring tape (I used measuring tape), and use the guide to decide what size you should get, it's easy, just don't over complicate it.Another thing to keep in mind, is this is NOT a brace, it is not meant to restrict your wrist, it's meant to give it support, some people have been giving bad reviews on these wrist support gloves because they were assuming it was a brace. I just got it, and already I can feel the difference, it fits perfect, it puts just the perfect amount of pressure on my wrist, and the flexible plate gives it just the perfect amount of support, my wrist feels much better already. I'm using it right now to type this review, I'm using it with my laptop, and it's supporting my wrist just enough so that it's not bending in an awkward position, it keeps your wrist in the ideal position.Another benefit to this is it doesn't look bad at all, most of these wrist supports look like you got it right from a doctors office, and they have all kinds of straps and stuff, this is just a glove that slides on, it's stretchy, so there are no straps, clamps, or Velcro of any kind! And from first glance it looks like it could just be worn for style, I am definitely glad I got this, and if it really helps get rid of my wrist pain, I will definitely recommend it!

I have been using this gloves on daily basis for the past 4 years. One per year. Good quality and comfortable. Reversible you can use for both hands.

Runs large
I can't give a totally accurate review right now because I ordered a small, based on measurements, and it's actually large and loose on me. (I usually use a medium in gloves due to my long fingers.) So while I get some benefit from the padded palm, it's loose and offers me zero support as a result. I've ordered an X-small now and will have to wait to see how that works. Don't order a size based on what you "usually" take. Look on the manufacturer's web site and measure. If you are close to the lower end of a size, order one down. This is not a "stiff" carpal tunnel brace. The included stay rides along the top of your hand, instead of along the bottom, and is very fexible. This is more a "helps prevent issues" kind of device than it is one to help alleviate pain if you already have it.Bonuses: it is very flexible, so doesn't impede typing like the firmer types of neoprene braces (I have two by McDavid) can. Palm pad of beads (I have two of the wrist pads by them as well and love them) is very comfortable.Cons: Not a lot of bracing if you already have a lot of pain and need the firm stability.

Great item!
This is a great glove I owned one from years ago when I was working and now I'm retired. I continued to use it on my left hand to hold my phone and I finally had to order a new one. I'm glad I did. This one is reverseable!

Comfortable!
I have super tiny hands and wrist and it fits perfectly. I have dystonia and this helps keep my spasms at a minimum. I order two more because I love mine so much! 5 ⭐️’s-Sarah

Good quality and works well
Good quality and works well to help with repetitive stress syndrome. Worth the extra money--I've tried cheaper ones and they don't work as well.

but this is a lot better, for info Im female
When using the mouse on my computer I am having a lot of pain via my pisiform bone resting on the desk, I have tried various mats/sponge pieces which do help, but this is a lot better, for info Im female, my wrist measures 17cm, I bought the small size, and its snug, possibly the next size up would have been better. The only thing that would be better for my particular problem, is if the beads went around the edge of the hand a bit more which would possibly happen if I had the bigger size. But all in all its the best thing I have tried up to now,I do have hand splints from a different problem I had and although it helped a little there was no padding, unlike this one which is wonderfully clever. recommended.
