I just can't say enough good things about this umbrella!!!!! It's a lifesaver. It rains every day in Florida. I get my car wet every day! I have ruined countless papers, purses, shoes, and food by tossing a wet umbrella in the passenger or back seat on top of items. This umbrella keeps the water inside where it should be!! Such a unique design. Buy this today!!! The seller is so receptive and immediately answers questions. It shipped so fast. This exact design may be sold out, but any color will be amazing. It's the concept that is awesome!!It stands on its own. It's well made and opens easily. It closes fast and smoothly. The hook is handy for holding onto a grocery cart, baby stroller or just your arm.I just truly love this umbrella!!!!

Best concept ever! Quality fabric, pretty, and the "C" handle is wonderful for keeping your umbrella upright when doing things like texting. I purchased the one with the reflective safety tape around the rim and it glows bright white when light hits it in the dark. Unfortunately, my 2nd umbrella arrived with the handle broken, which I suspect occurred during shipping. I emailed the seller and sent pictures. I got a reply in less than 24 hours and they gave me a code to order another one for free. Talk about EXCELLENT service. I worked with Jenny from Newbrella and despite being in China, her English was extremely good and she was friendly throughout all of her communications with me. This is the only company I will ever purchase this style of umbrella from.

Concept is great but... I bought 2. The night sky and the cloud filled blue sky. It a large umbrella, a very nice size and the interior is cool. The reflective strip on the edge of one (night sky) is a nice touch at night. However, I live in Florida and it's the rainy season, so I have an umbrella with me all the time and it gets a lot of use. Unfortunately, neither umbrella held up to repeated use. They are not easy to open and they don't "catch" properly to stay open. I tried a couple of ways in case it was a matter of technique, but I end up holding the umbrella open from inside at the center. Very disappointed in the quality and not worth the money.

I love it! Delivers as promised.Edit - I is now November 2017. The closing mechanism has failed me. I am hoping there is some sort of warranty. It has to be forced closed.Still recommend as a brilliant idea, but I am hoping mine was just a one off fail. It hasn't been used hard so I do not believe it has had time to :break"

My GF had one of these and I was so impressed that I got one for my wife (they are very good friends btw =)) who also loves it. But after about 6 months my gf's umbrella broke at the handle. Just kind of twisted off the plastic. So I contacted Newbrella's and they asked me to take a photo. Not to prove that it broke, but so they could see how it broke and make changes to the design and then they promptly send her a replacement. Let me keep the broken one which we have given to some friends for a BurningMan project. Everyone who sees it says something remarkable about the beautiful design. Thanks Newbrella! You have a customer for life!!

Great looking umbrella (somewhat fuzzy interior pattern but its an umbrella), with reflectors, inverse folding, and c-handle makes this great when carrying things, going in/out of cars and buildings, cross streets, or just general purpose. The only downside is it is only available in a standard size, an XL 65in gold umbrella would be very welcome. This is also one of the only inverted umbrellas I have seen with the traffic reflectors, and one of the best looking ones too! It can even stand up on its own which is convenient when you need to set it down for a moment. Overall a very great product.

I have several types of umbrellas, mostly automatics: those with double deckers-there's a space between the layers so that the air goes in and out, and doesn't break inside out. Others have extra sturdy ribs/nubs, built like knights in armor and are heavy, but don't disengage. Ones with flashlights/torches built into a heavy rod and handle. But this! Lightweight, designed to close inside out. So when closed/wrapped, there's this sky blue with a black trim (the outside). If the wind forces the umbrella inside out, that's what's it's designed to do-go inside out. I received laughs but when I showed them-where can I buy them? Stop laughing, I'll tell you-Amazon. The handle has a semi-enclosed loop so you can slip the umbrella over your arm while you work on your smartphone(me) or tablet, trying hard not to collide with someone/something (like a tree-me). RECOMMEND: Buy a few (I purchased two, more orders on the way).

Didn't have the butterfly ventilation in the description when i bought it, but that was actually a very welcome deviation. Worked amazingly after the first use (it got stuck inside out on one side, but when I pulled it into place it's been fine since). Always hated fighting the umbrella when trying to get into the car. Reflective material on the edge has also been a really nice and helpful feature for someone who walks a lot and in not so well lit areas. Don't have to worry about braking it if the wind flips it inside out. Still deciding whether or not I like the handle (it's nice, but I think I've learned to cope with a regular hook so well that it's odd). Not thrilled that it shipped from china, but that's my bad for not really looking at delivery estimates.
