When I received this watch it was not working. I took it to a local jeweler who put in a new battery. It works perfectly. Beautiful watch that I have been wanting for years. I contacted Watch Source about the battery issue and they refunded me with no questions asked. Very good seller and I recommend buying from them.

I purchased this watch as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day and it arrived not working. We dropped it off at a jewelers to see if they could fix it and they told us they did not feel comfortable opening the watch as it was brand new and they didn’t want to mess up the warranty, so they returned it back to us. So I am returning the watch back to Amazon/shop. We should not of even had to make a trip to the jewelers. We should have received a working watch, especially since these are expensive watches. Very, very disappointed.

Watch looks great it a bit uncomfortable because of size but still love it

Notice that people are complaining about the strap. I myself encountered an issue with the strap. This is a tough, durable strap that has to be "softened" to be appreciated. After, my first frustrating use, i took the strap, by the side that goes into the buckle, bent it both backwards and forwards onto itself, while it is bent, roll it between your fingers. Don't worry, it will not break, snap, or tear - it is a beast! Work it for a minute or so. Try it, you will be pleasantly surprised at its newly acquired "pliability" and flex. Other than that, this watch looks better in person, than it does in the pictures. Great quality, have gotten compliments while wearing it! Don't be put off by the critiques of the strap. Enjoy!

I finally was able to save enough money to buy a Swiss watch. Very disappointed that it stopped working within one month.Sent it to a manufacturer recommended service department. They stated they do not recognize Amazon as a reputable seller and refused to honor the warranty! Stated it would cost 300.00 to fix it. Absolute last time I will purchase a large order on Amazon!

Very happy with the quartz movement from alpina. Value buy if on sale…their mechanical pieces at Costco are also worth the money.

The watch came not working. It's also an open Box. This is NOT made clear in the description!!! At 500.00 this watch should be new and obviously working. Returning immediately...

I've owned God only knows how many watches in my 76 years; ranging in price and quality from Rolex to Timex. I have never encountered a more difficult or uncomfortable strap than the one attached to my new Alpina Seastrong Diver. I am trying to decide either to return the watch or replace the %^#** rubber strap.

El reloj llegó en tiempo y forma. Lo he estado utilizando frecuentemente por un mes y es preciso y muy bonito., materiales y acabados de primera calidad.El primer problema es que llegó sin batería así que lo tuve que llevar a un relojero para cambiarle la pila.El segundo problema que tiene es que la manecilla GMT no es precisa, se atrasa o adelanta, nunca coincide exactamente con la hora que marca el reloj. Yo lo compré para viajar, cuando esté fuera ese indicador me permite tener presente el horario en casa, pero lo tendré que hacer medio "al tanteo" por la fata de precisión de esa manecilla. Tengo un reloj GMT Timex que costó la cuarta parte que este y el GMT funciona a la perfección.

Pesado, sólido, bien construido - pero aun asi se siente cómodo en la muñeca. Reloj informal, pero la combinación de colores y texturas lo hacen elegante.No lo he sumergido aún, pero seguramente se presentará la ocasión y demostrará su calidad. Y muy bien la 4a manecilla para GMT.

The Amazon says the case is Titanium. NOT True. Apparently it is a titanium pvd on stainless steel. I tried to reach the seller and left a trouble ticket in early March 7, but still no response after 2 further requests. Amazon Customer Service has been excellent in helping me; they are wonderful. The watch is nice and I prefer not to return it but I had thought a reputable Swiss watch company would have had some comment even in this Covid time.

Great watch well built a classic Swiss made diver and the titanium colour adds to the look of the watch
