I have used this for about a week. It does reduce acne. I also have noticed It helping with dark spots. It hasnt been enough time to say with the hair comb, however it feels like it's doing its job. I purchased this a week ago. I have been using it every day or every other day so far. I have hormonal acne only on the sides of my chin. I wash my face then apply serum or cream and zap the spots/lumps for 5 min each. This is the purple gas which helps with fighting the nastiness. The lumps have subsided and is working for me. I bought this thinking it was a safe to use on my skin but noticed its not. This could cause damage to your skin because this machine should have a 3hole power plug and it doesnt. It only has a two hole plug. Were using electrical current on our face, head and parts of our body and it could severly burn us and shock us. This machine should be grounded when working with radio frequency electrical current. And should have a 3 hole plug.
