Easy to install and very effective for keeping door locked
This door lock prevents the door from being opened by an intruder. It is easy to install and is very effective.

We got this to prevent our toddler from opening the front door (after trying many other things) and this works great!

Did not use (unfortunately)
I gave it 4 stars because it didn’t fit my door due to the adjustments made to the door panel not because of the product. I’m sure it would’ve fit without the adjustments.

Don’t hesitate to buy!
I use this for extra protection in my apartment and knowing this is on the door every night allows me to sleep like a baby! Definitely can be used for travel, super easy to use but not easy enough for my kids to mess with and take off without my permission!

Does not work with modern hotel doors
Maybe the issue is that I’m in the United States or maybe it’s because I tend to stay at hotels that have a little bit more upgrades but these do not work on the doors at any of the three hotels that I’ve stayed at since purchasing this item maybe it would work better for an Airbnb or a private residence

massive value and peace of mind all in one
it takes about ten seconds to set it up on your door. it is very minimalist. it is very sturdy. the price is incredible. i will always be using one of these wherever i go if the door doesn't already have something like it. the amount of peace of mind i've gained from using it is unmatched. i live in a very secure apartment building with a minimum required income in a very safe city and i still use this because of some nighttime issues that i have had for a long time. this simple gadget decreases my issues by 80% - 100% depending on the night. and if i were to ever travel anywhere i would obviously bring this with me. i don't see why anyone wouldn't use this. it serves as a minimalist last barrier to protect you in the event of someone trying to get in and even provides an additional indirect benefit of alerting you through the sound of them at the door trying to get past the lock
