If you need help going, use these gummies. Your waste will come out softer, a little less dry, if that’s what you’re looking for. I can tell the difference if I don’t have them for a couple days. They stopped selling them at Costco and I was weary of purchasing online. However these are easier to chew and seem fresher than the ones from the big box store.
