Good KVM switch, great customer service
The only reason I did not give this KVM switch 5 stars is because I had at least one occasion when I had to restore the keyboard and mouse to their factory settings. I accomplished this with the assistance of Johnny at CKL Customer Service. Johnny has responded to two queries within 12 hours each time, and he knew exactly what steps needed to be taken by me. The switch is very compact, and easily fits beneath my monitors. I have not used the hot key or the remote, because the unit is easily within arms reach. The switch gets good marks and could probably be given 4.5, and CKL's customer service excellent marks.

Buyer Beware
I bought the VGA version to use with my monitors, a desktop and my work laptop. For some reason though, the 2nd output port won't recognize my 2nd monitor. At first I thought it was my computer, but my work computer is used to running monitors and it couldn't detect the 2nd monitor at all either. I even tried just plugging in one monitor to the 2nd output port, but it wouldn't recognize it. If I plugged the same monitor into the first ouput port, it recognized it. Thinking I got a bad unit, but not sure.

They Stop Working
I have now owned two of these devices. They work for a while, then quit working. For my current one, I have determined that one of the VGA in ports is not working. I verified this by swapping all 4 VGA feeds in to the non-functioning one. They all work in the other three in, but not the failed one. I now have two bricks at a cost of more than $220.

Not the best working quality
The concept of this device is perfect when it works: I've had two both have stopped working after only a couple months.
