If you're looking specifically for this product you probably realize it's not something you brush your teeth with. It's a remineralizing paste, the apparent replacement for Mi Paste. I put a dab on my fingertip and smear it across my upper gums throughout the day. I tried wearing it in a tray but I think it's better to have it in your saliva for a long time than on your teeth briefly.I like the vanilla flavor, it's a pretty clean flavor for artificial vanilla, kind of rich and creamy and mild. There are a few ingredients I could do without, but it's what's available. There is an apparently effective alternative to Recalcident (CPP-ACP / Casein PhosphoPeptide and Amorphous Calcium Phosphate) called Calcium Sucrose Phosphate, you can find studies comparing the performance of the two. One product using CSP is called Toothmin. Like other products it has to be imported to the US (or in some cases *back* to the US), you'll have to look around for it.INGREDIENTS: Pure water, Glycerol, CPP-ACP (Recalcident), D-sorbitol, CMC-Na, Propylene glycol, Dilicon dioxide, Titanium dioxide, Xylitol, Phosphoric acid, Flavoring, Zinc oxide, Sodium saccharin, Ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, Magnesium oxide, Guar gum, Propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate.Make sure you're not using any toothpaste or mouthwash with tartar control additives. These chelating agents chemically bind with the minerals in your saliva like calcium, making them unavailable for deposition onto plaque causing tartar, as well as making them unavailable for tooth remineralisation.

This works well with white spots (incipient carie). I tried it on myself and it works well. Also it’s been shown to remineralize deeper layer of teeth.

My dentist recommended that I use this for a little while to reinforce the enamel where my teeth meet the gum line. After about a week of use, it worked very well, as the sensitivity seemed to have vanished. The flavor is also quite palatable, and it wasn't at all unpleasant to use. I'd highly recommend it to people who are having issues with intense tooth sensitivity.When used as directed--I'll specifically emphasize the part of the instructions where it says, "holding this in your mouth longer yields better results"--it can help a whole lot. I was genuinely amazed by the results, as I was expecting for it to not really have any noticeable effect.

This is the greatest for tooth sensitivity. Bonus brighter teeth.
