Great design and easy to hold
This OXO meat tenderizer was purchased to replace our old wood/metal one that took lots of effort from the user! The OXO feels great is the hand, is weighted properly requiring very little effort to get quick results. Easy to clean, even hand wash, too!

Meat tenderizer
I know it seems simple to give a review for a hammer. But this means tenderizers easy to use lightweight but the weight is in the head which makes it very easy to use. I would recommend this product.

Much improved now that it is dishwasher safe
We owned the previous version of this which for some reason was not dishwasher safe which resulted in us hardly using it. It still accidentally made its way into the dishwasher and when looking for a replacement, was glad to see that it is now dishwasher safe. This version is just as effective and much easier to clean.

Arrived on-time and as expected. Size/Heft good for general household use. Comfortable grip and angled faces are ideal for use by taller chef as they strike the food properly without having to adjust swing.

Great hammer
Really like it. Great finish. Dishwasher safe and not overly large or heavy. You might want something larger if pounding huge pieces of beef but for “everyday home use” it’s just right.
