Nice, but thin and falling apart on 2nd wash.
Says for shoe size up to 12.5. I wear a 10.5. The first time putting each pair on, every single pair pulled tight around the ankle and made a little snap noise in the ankle area. These are my first toe socks but that's usually a bad sign for any sock. Probably the elastic band breaking. Kind of like a really thin thread. I didn't pull real hard it was just pathetically thin, whatever it was. So they were perfectly fine until I washed them and then threads began to come undone. I'm not sure if this picture was after the first or second wash but these socks are very thin, as in, there is no padding really. The toes all fit my feet but are a tad small. I do like them somewhat but the quality seems lacking and they are falling apart already after like 1 month. So yea. 3 stars. Anyway, here's a picture of the sock that looks the worst. -----Edit---- I talked with the seller and they sent me a few more socks. They said that some of the socks have a defect. They were very helpful and I do actually like these socks. So I upped my stars to 5 given this next comment. I had purchased this orange sock for me (men's show size 6-12.5) and the white/black for my wife (women's show size 4-10) and she wasn't wearing hers since they seemed big on her extra small women's shoe size 5 feet and mine seemed maybe a tad small but still fit on my 10.5 men's show size foot. So we switched and apparently her size was slightly bigger than mine. So I rechecked the packaging and her's do indeed say women's and the size numbers are indeed a couple lower than the sizes written on my orange sock packaging. Anyway, it seems they might have their sizes mixed up or perhaps I incorrectly assumed that women shoe sizing are measured using a different stick than men's shoe sizing in such a way that a women's 5 is smaller than a men's 5. Anyway, we switched socks and we're both happy now, despite the one pair having issues at the top. I'm running laundry now and there are a few pairs in there. You can assume that if I don't update this, the socks are still holding up well after probably a 4th wash I think we're on now.

Good sock
Full disclosure: I might be the only person (so far) who did NOT receive these socks for free in exchange for my honest opinion! But, FUN TOES - feel free to send me some! I wear a men's 11 (ish) EE shoe and these socks fit ok. They are definitely stretched and the toes aren't quite long enough, but they still work. I received my shipment and immediately wore them for a trail run. They worked fine with no hotspots or seams that I could feel. The top is low, almost like a no-show, but not quite. As low as it was, I was afraid the back would work down like no-shows usually do for me, but they stayed up just fine. The lower height would probably work well in Five Fingers, but I haven't tried them in mine yet. Overall, I'm fairly happy with these socks. They are much less expensive than most other toe socks that I've seen. I have several pairs of Injinji's which, I think, are excellent athletic toe socks. These compare most closely to Injinji's lightweight no-show model. These aren't up to the level of Injinji's, but still a good sock. I'll have to see how they hold up to a few more runs and washings to decide if I'll buy more. 10/28/2015 update: The socks are holding pretty well after wearing them for running and putting them through the washer and dryer several times. But, they do slip down on the heel quite a bit now. Usually not down over my heel, but they definitely do slip down. Based on that, I'm not sure that I'll buy these again, but they are still a pretty good sock.

Great Value for the money, I'm likely to buy more pairs
For the price I paid, about $3.40 a pair, it's a good quality product. They are slightly thinner than the classic Hanes crew socks. Definitely thicker than many of the other equally priced toe socks on Amazon. I rotate the pairs and I don't use them every day. I'd say I use the same pair about once every 10 days. If you use the same pair daily and you are running long distances, I can see how they can break in a short times but they are still going to last longer than some of those competitor socks than look like a thin layer of gauze. Do note that they only reach size 12. I wear 13s and they fit me okay but they are definitely not for my size. I'd still get them again because I like to use them at home and not just workouts.

Not for barefooters
If you're someone like me who wears barefoot shoes and wants to acompany those shoes with toe socks, then these socks are not for you. If you're someone who just wants some comfy toe socks then these are perfect. After 2 months of use they have begun to fall apart. They are very loose fitting around the pinky toe area. If you want a very high quality sock that is going to last a while and fit great then I'd reccomend Iniji. They're very pricey but worth the money. I am not planning on buying these again.

Better than expected
I’ve purchased toe socks before in the past and they weren’t that great. Usually cheap material and small spaces for my toes. These socks feel like great and have plenty of room for my toes. One main concern was the toe openings wouldn’t be long enough and I would have seam pressure between my toes but that’s not the case with these. They are thick enough to feel soft but not so thick they make your feet sweat. I love wearing my toe shoes because I’m a firm believer that our feet were never meant to be in prison but I can’t wear them at work for safety reasons but having the toe socks on is a nice medium. The only thing I will say is that these are more ankle socks than no show. When I wear my regular tennis shoes I can see the top seam but I love them!

The package says 'New and improved fit' and these fit better and are more comfortable than the Fun Toes I've had in the past. Please never stop making these. Only wish there was a at least a little cotton in these or the cotton socks had some colour rather than only black or white.
