Great small size. Works well and easy to use as I am 79 and could no longer drag around the old very large video recorder

I bought this camera back in December for a starter night vision camera for Paranormal Investigations.It works great other than the battery life and simple aspect that I can't view the videos on my phone to edit them. I've tried multiple SD cards and the issue still persists.The videos can be viewed on my laptop with no issues! But since I've got an old laptop I can't transfer them to my phone if I'd try. I have no clue why it won't work since my phone is newer than my laptop!The audio quality is iffy. Even with an external microphone attached. It can capture EVPs, Orbs, and Apparitions while recording.The night vision is alright. I had to buy an additional ir light to be able to actually see anything at more than 10 feet on my recent investigation.After I bought the extra IR light the night vision worked great and I could see WELL past what I had normally been able to see with it!So for that aspect alone I'd say it's an alright camera for someone who just starting out and wants a camera that won't break the bank!

The quality is horrible for a video camera in 2025. It looks and sounds like its from 2010. But the worst part is a full battery lasts approximetely 40 minutes (not a joke) which means if youre using it for anything subatancial (PI, paranornal stuff, documentary, etc etc) youre going to have a horrid time of constantly recharging the batteries.The nightvision also starts going out as the batteries drain, meaning its only really effective for the first 20ish minutes (half the battery life) because it starts fading and looking horrible. Would never buy again, wish i never bought in the first place

When the camera works it works great, the night vision is a really cool feature and everything else works too. The issue I have most common is the camera says “memory card error” and stops working. This has happened in the middle of recording and then my recording is lost. The camera will sometimes freeze when this happens and I have to pop out the battery to reset it. Then I have to power off and on the camera until the memory card starts working again. If this didn’t happen I would give this a higher rating.

High quality video. My son films car meets and they are great. Very good camera for price

We had troubles with charging the batteries well over the time when returns were allowed. They charged fine at first, but after awhile it got to the point where the charging light would not come on when we plugged the cord into the camera with either of the included batteries. We didn't know if it was a battery problem, cord problem, or something else. So even though it was a full 16 MONTHS (!!!!!) after we originally bought it I contacted the company via their email address (not through Amazon), and they were SUPER nice & helpful. For no charge at all and with no warranty in place, they sent us 2 new batteries along with a plug-in charger (that plugs into the wall and doesn't use a USB cord like what came with the camera). With that new charger we were actually able to charge the old batteries so now we have 4 batteries for this camera. This company went above and beyond what they were obligated to do, and I really appreciate their awesome customer service!
