Two main pieces of information. First, I have spent a great deal of time looking for an affordable, and good quality chandelier. I sent back several mostly because while the picture may look great, when you actually see it when it arrives, it just looks cheap and feels cheap. This is not the case with this Saint Mossi product. It is really nicely made, good quality, and actually looks more expensive than it is. It is a little time consuming to assemble it, but the website has a great video showing how to do it, and it is really not all that difficult. This chandelier is perfect for me. My second bit of information. After assembling it, I discovered a small flaw or scratch in one of the pieces, and then emailed Saint Mossi to request replacing this small part. Several emails went back and forth, I assume because maybe they are located in China, but the end result that because of shipping delays, they decided to have the Amazon warehouse just send a whole new fixture, and did not even ask for the original fixture to be returned. Customer service just doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend any Saint Mossi products. When I get it installed I will try to send a photo

I’ve switched out multiple lights in our home recently and this one was the most expensive, as well as the most difficult to put together but after getting it up, I’d say it was worth it. The size is great - it gives a nice elegant farmhouse feel with a bit of industrial feel to it - which is exactly what I was looking for. It was the most difficult of all the lights I’ve bought to put together but with two people, it should be much easier. (Just so one person can hold the pieces in place while the other screws it together.). It’s really a beautiful light.

This fixture is large and impressive. We are using this as a centerpiece in a vaulted gable for a library in an early 1900s farmhouse that we are restoring (pictures included). There is a definite rustic / gothic feel to the fixture. It is reasonably heavy and well constructed. Assembly is fairy straightforward. Perhaps the most unclear part in the directions is the order in which the wiring is threaded through the top pieces, chain, etc. More than ample wiring is provided, however, make sure to mark the leads before cutting. It make take two people to make the installation easier. Overall, extremely pleased with this purchase!

With the first light received, the large screw assembly that holds the light up did not fit together, they screw and what it needed to screw into were mismatched sizes so I had to send the entire thing back and get a replacement light. Amazon could not just replace the part. The light had already been mostly assembled, so it was a bit of a hassle to un-assemble it and send it back, then wait for a new light. But we received the new light in about a week and the defective part was resolved. My handyman assembled it again, and hung it up. We're very happy with the quality and appearance of the light fixture, and the light it gives off is pleasant for our dining area. I purchased the clear LED candelabra bulbs, 60 watt. The pictures shows them overly bright but that is just the picture.

This was easy to assemble and simple to install. A lay man could do it. Looks beautiful and is such an improvement from the 90s style chandelier the previous owners installed.

It looks great in our entry way! We get lots of compliments on it. It was a little confusing to assemble.

This light is very pretty! Instructions were a bit vague. Hangs very nice and gives off a lot of light. It's all metal but some parts are painted to look like wood.

Really beautiful, but took a while to assemble & was missing a piece. Luckily we found what we needed at Lowe’s & it turned out fine.

The product is great. Due to size it does come in parts and requires assembly but is very easy to do so. Looks great over our dining table!

I almost didnt purchase the light because I thought, given the price, it couldn't be as good as the pictures. It was after reading the comments that I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It is absolutely amazing! Very easy and intuitive to assemble and the final product will certainly exceed your ecpectations.

Need 2 people to install as it is fairly large. We had the help of an electrician. Meant to be at an entrance or larger room as it is quite grand. Very nice and worth the value.

La lampe est très jolie et à un prix raisonnable. Très facile à assembler. J'aime la chaîne à grosses mailles noires mattes. Je la recommande. Le seul bémol est que dans le descriptif, il est mentionné que l'éclairage est vers le bas mais en réalité il y a un ombrage important en dessous de la lampe due à sa structure. Nous l'avons installée dans la salle à manger et lorsque nous jouons à des jeux , ce n'est pas assez clair. Donc, je la recommande dépendamment du type d'éclairage et de l'endroit où vous désirez l'installer.
