This is the perfect handstand for chest workouts. This is not bendable crap. It's strong and allows replication for gym chest workouts during the pandemic. For anyone interested in heavy chest training, I suggest purchasing resistance bands that you drape over your back to place "weight" onto your chest, back, and shoulders. I highly recommend this product over cheaper options.If you've been training in gyms as long as I have, you know all you have to do is go to the gym and proceed through your workout to achieve your results. Now with the pandemic, most people who regularly go to the gym and want to build and/or maintain muscle mass, don't have heavy weights and machinery to make working-out so easy. When I first received these handstands, I was shocked that I'm easily able to pump 100 pushups without much effort. (The result of heavy chest workouts over many years in the gym). After two weeks, I got tired of doing 700 pushups in one session with various angle with these handstands, and learned that using resistance bands can simulate heavy weight.If you want to train heavy with chest at home, this is the perfect handstand to get full lower dip and complete extension. I get a full deep chest burn using this once a week, and with resistance bands, I no longer have to do 700 pushups at a time. I can now do normal 15 rep sets of different angles. I hate push-ups, but love doing chest in the gym. This product allows simulation of a gym workout if you know what you're doing.Great product and it ships fast.

Great build quality, and the bottom is nice and grippy so it won't slip. I like that these are the same height on both ends, unlike basically all of the other push up stands on Amazon. I got these for handstands and calisthenics work more than just pushups so it's pretty important that these are parallel to the ground. I will say that the packaging was absolutely ridiculous - bubble wrap completely covered with several layers of packaging tape? I had a sharp knife to cut through this but even with that it took about ten minutes just to get the multiple layers of protection off of it. These are solid metal handles...in a box with airbags...how wrapped up do these need to be? But either way overprotection is better than underprotection I guess.

i always had wrist pain doing pushups, and never thought them a very good exercise (good, not very good). ---good push up bars like these change the game---great stability and sturdiness enables lots of diff style push ups (judo, feet elevated, with infinite angles possible). --one thing to make them even easier on hands / wrists is to add pipe insulation or Fat Grips at handle area (making grip as thick as possible)---reduces wrist strain. fabulous product built to last a lifetime.

The bars arrived today. They are functionally fine and look good. I am giving only 3 starts because the build quality is poor. One of the stands has a foot bar that is quite a bit off 90% from the grip bar. To me this seems ridiculous. How hard can it be to build a jig to hold the pieces in correct alignment before you weld? How much time is needed to verify a correct weld after it is complete? As I mentioned I will use them and not attempt a return as they are perfectly functional but I can't recommend buying them to anyone else.

These are very solid. The base is very stable. The grips are comfortable. If you use these regularly you should gain good upper body strength and become a real beefcake or the female equivalent. These are small enough that they won’t get in the way and should store away nicely when not in use. The height is not the best for dips but definitely good enough for L sits, push-ups and hand stands should you get to that skill level.

These are good training tools for our son. Great for practicing hand stands and other parallel bar moves.

If you miss buying a pair of these push-up bars you will definitely be disappointed. They are the best for sale on Amazon now (or elsewhere for that matter). They give the deep extra stretch that lets you really get results - which is what we all want when doing this movement. The paint finish is very durable and clean. The handles have nice padding - I just add (use) a pair of kitchen sponges to give me a little extra cushioning. Highly recommend them - you pay a little more but you get a whole lot more quality/ enjoyment. Excellent packaging and delivery speed.

Solid think bar thickness tad bit thin maybe I got big hands apart from that not bad will see in due course reason for 5stars they are well made not cheaply made

You don't get the product shown in the first two pictures. You get a smaller version of it.
