Very simple to set up and easy to use. I've had this product over 5 years and never experienced an issue with it. Easy to erase old data, starts recording immediately. I've been in 2 accidents which were not my fault and both times the other drive said it was. This video quality was so clear it not only helped my claim but the look of panic on the drivers faces when the police officer told them I had a dash cam was priceless.

We purchased a new 2024 Acura RDX with he Advance package. We wanted a dash cam that was easy to install and setup, easy to operate and did not require any monthly subscription. This model (D30S) fits our needs perfectly. We wanted a dash cam that could record the front and inside of the car. The camera size is small and does not obstruct the driver or passenger view. The image clarity is exceptional for us - we set it up for Dual Mode (2.5K front and 1080p inside recording). The physical installation was very simple for me (less than 10 minutes). I did wish the dash camera used a USB-C connector instead of the microUSB connector, but the supplied cabling was very adequate! The dash cam mount worked very well - great suction mount. Word of warning - it actually works too well so plan your placement before attaching to the windshield so you don't have to adjust it multiple times! I did not install the parking mode hardware. Setting up the Date/Time and other settings was very simple and intuitive, especially you have experience with other dash cams in the past. A User manual did come with the package, but I didn't need to use it. The COOAUDASH APP was easy to install on my Samsung S23+ Android and Wifi pairing just worked! We did not want a voice command dash cam. We purchased the Samsung 256GB Pro Ultimate Flash and it worked with no issues at all! Overall, we highly recommend a good, solid dash cam without paying a high price. We are very happy with this purchase!

EDIT 02-28-24: Just bought another one for my wife Lisa... She absolutely loves it as it works great to record the trails she goes in with her Jeep Wrangler!!! 02-11-24: I just received the COOAU Dashcam D30S and so far it's performed exactly as stated... I installed it on my 2021 GMC Sierra, just to the left and slightly behind the rear view mirror, using using the GM taped mounting bracket. The suction cup mounting bracket seems to work well, however I wanted to use the lower profile one. I plugged the dash cam into the USB port instead of the 12v adapter port (GMC Sierra's 12v adapter port is always on unless you move a 50 amp fuse). Upon turning it on I found the menu was easy to navigate and quickly set the dash cam up. I installed the Ficam app on my phone and was able to quickly connect to the dash cam's Wi-Fi. I did notice that if you want to use the app outside the vehicle you will have to disconnect the dash cam and reconnect it to a micro USB (close to your phone) whenever you want to use the app. I can understand this as the dash cam has to be on when downloading video to the app. GPS seems to work okay, however I have noticed that when sitting still, especially inside a garage, the display sometimes shows that the vehicle is moving approximately 1 mph. So far the video looks very good on the small viewing screen and through the app. I've only had it installed for a day and have not used it a lot, so time will tell. The bright blue power and blinking red recording light are a little bit annoying when it is dark, however a small piece of electricians tape can take care of that. There's still a red dot on the screen that blinks when they dash cam is recording. I did not want to hardwire the dash cam to my vehicle at this time, as you need to purchase the wiring separately, so I guess it will not be using the parking mode (maybe at a later date). Pros: ... Wiring harness to hardwire and be able to use parking mode has to be purchased separately ... No internal battery, which would be nice to keep from having to hardwire dash cam to vehicle

I've had this camera for two years now, and for the most part, it's been pretty solid! The set-up is easy, and the video quality is great. I love having the simultaneous inside and outside filming, which is one of the reasons I got this particular model The only aspects that can be confusing or difficult: once in a while, it will automatically go to a screen where it asks if I want to delete the memory card. Also, while I could always pull the memory card out to retrieve content, sometimes it won't allow me to connect from my phone using their app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise - for the price, and the fact that it's still been recording constantly for over two years now, I can definitely recommend this one!

I utilized the D30 model from 2021 to December 2025 in my vehicle. Recently, I acquired the D3OS as a replacement due to the original device exhibiting a white screen issue, although it continues to function properly in terms of recording. I am optimistic about finding a resolution to repair the initial device and continue utilizing it. Overall, an excellent and durable dashcam.

I was a bit hesitant at first because the price seemed a little high, but after using the COOAU D30S dash cam, I can confidently say the quality is absolutely worth it. The build quality is excellent — it feels solid and well-made, not flimsy like some cheaper models. Both the front and rear cameras deliver crystal-clear footage, which gives me peace of mind knowing my car is covered from all angles. One thing I really appreciate is the strong suction mount. Llevaba bastante tiempo queriendo tener una cámara frontal y de habitáculo de calidad y me decidí por esta sobre todo por la resolución. La capacidad de la tarjeta es bastante grande ya que llega hasta los 256 GB. En los vídeos que se graban queda registrada la hora fecha velocidad. Tiene visión nocturna para la noche y un modo de que se vean mejor los colores por la noche. Lo que más me gusta es la grabación de aparcamiento que con un cable que no viene incluido pero que vale poco en Amazon se puede dejar la cámara grabando todo el rato o detección de movimiento

Ich überlegte schon lange eine Dashcam zu kaufen, da ich schon mehrere gefährliche Situationen hatte. Das Angebot und die Funktionen dieses Modells haben mich überzeugt. Zudem habe ich schon andere Produkte dieser Marke und bis bisher mit allen sehr zufrieden. Das Produkt kommt in einer sehr hochwertigen Verpackung und es ist alles dabei was man braucht. Nur die Speicherkarte (Micro SD) muss man separat besorgen, diese hatte ich aber schon. Die Kamera und die einzelnen Teile sind ebenfalls sehr hochwertig und solide. Die Inbetriebnahme war kinderleicht. Die Sprache kann man auswählen, dann wird man Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt. Die Standardeinstellungen passen perfekt und man kann sofort loslegen. Auch die Einrichtung der App für die Wiedergabe der Aufnehmen am Handy hat problemlos funktioniert. Dies geschieht per Funk, man kann sogar live am Handy sehen was die Kamera gerade aufnimmt. Dass ist ein großer Vorteil, bei anderen Modellen muss man erst die Speicherkarte rausnehmen und an den PC stecken. Die Montage um Auto ist mit dem Saugnapf kinderleicht und hält bombenfest. Das mitgelieferte Kabel ist mehr als ausreichend lange, selbst wenn man Kabel sehr sorgfältig hinter den Armaturen verlegt. Beim öffnen/aufsperren des Autos, also beginnender Stromzufuhr, beginnt die Aufnahme automatisch. Und jetzt zum wichtigsten: die Bildqualität der Aufnahmen sind top, man kann auch weiter entfernte Kennzeichnen gut erkennen. Auch bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen sieht man noch alles gut. Die zum Innenraum gerichtete Kamera kann man deaktivieren. Ebenso die Datum und Uhrzeit im Video. GPS und Geschwindigkeitsangabe stimmen exakt. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

J’utilise cette caméra D30S pour mes trajets quotidiens domicile / travail dans une zone géographique où la circulation est dense avec un risque d’accrochage plus important. J’ai besoin de l’utiliser uniquement comme caméra avant. Pour pouvoir enregistrer, j’ai placé dans l’emplacement prévu à cet effet une carte micro SD de 128Go de marque Samsung, comme recommandé dans le manuel d'utilisation. Les vidéos sont de très bonne qualité (cf. capture image) et fluide. Je les lis sur mon ordinateur pour bénéficier d’un écran plus grand. Je ne rencontre aucun problème avec cette carte Sur un plan matériel, le câble de connexion est suffisamment long pour être positionné le long du tableau de bord. Quant à la ventouse, elle est très facile à fixer et elle adhère parfaitement au pare-brise. Le paramétrage de la caméra se fait très facilement. Les fonctionnalités se configurent de façon intuitive. Le GPS intégré est très précis et permet de localiser précisément les photos et vidéos enregistrées. Pour conclure, c’est une caméra qui est très facile et intuitive à utiliser. Je la recommande pour le type d’usage que j’ai décrit.

Totalmente contento con la cámara!, al vincularla con la aplicación, prácticamente te lleva de la mano, todo lo hace ella, perfectamente diseñada, se manipulan de manera muy cómoda los videos, la calidad de video hacia el exterior e interior del carro es excelente, abarca un tremendo rango al exterior, y lo suficiente al interior. Llego rápido, es el modelo que se indica "Dash cam D30 COOAU", tuve mis dudas en que me llegara una distinta, ya que ni en la propia pagina de la marca de la cámara esta disponible, por esa razón lo dude. La recomiendo a un cien por ciento, la he usado poco, han sido apenas 25 días, pero ha funcionado a la perfección, al encender el carro empieza a funcionar, y al apagarlo, pasa como un minuto y se apaga, tiene diferentes funciones que también fácilmente se pueden manipular. Super contento con esta compra, hubiese deseado que la cámara fuera ligeramente mas pequeña, pero no es algo que afecte, cuando la gente ve el carro, lo primero que hace es ver la cámara ya que es muy notoria, al estacionarlo en alguna plaza comercial, tiendo a quitarla, cosa que no es cómodo, ya que los robos están al por mayor y quiero evitar rompan un vidrio y me roben mi cámara que tan feliz me tiene y sobre todo por que su costo no es bajo. El audio que graba, si es de baja calidad, y el audio es parte importante en alguna situación en la cual se podría llegar a necesitar como prueba, pero lo que se escucha, pues es aceptable de alguna manera. No duden en pedirla, es mas que necesaria en los tiempos que vivimos, ya que un video o incluso un audio, podría evitarnos muchos problemas, para demostrar lo contrario.
