I use this to make my own seitan. Easy to make and the seitan versatile as well as being an excellent source of protein.

Good for organic flour
Was having trouble getting organic stone ground bread flour to rise during proving but 1tbsp per 500g of flour and it works a treat .

Brilliant for making seitan! Will make loads from a kilo. I just used 90 grams and some water plus flavouring and it made a whopping sized piece. Good value. Will be buying more!
