Definitely a great tool to have. Just completely read the manual and watch a few YouTube videos and go to work. This thing is awesome. Takes a little of actual use to learn everything which I am still learning. But so far I love it.

Micron gauge won't work for a mini split a/c
Bought this gauge set to setup 2 mini split a/c's. Since there isn't a high side port that I could hook up to on the Mini split , I couldn't get the micron gauge to view and the Fieldpiece didn't see that I was trying to evacuate the system so it wouldn't kick on the micron gauge. I did run the gauge set manifold high side hose back blank high side and had the high side valve, lowside and vacuum knobs turned out to get the fieldpiece gauge set to turn the micron gauge on, it just wouldn't work.
