NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUPHD Finishing Powder, Pressed Setting Powder - Translucent

Great pressed banana powder if you're not looking to carry the loose banana powder! Love this product and can't live without it.

I've tried several setting and finishing powders over the years (ranging from drug store brands to professional brands), but this is the only one that's legitimately blown my mind. Takes away shine, gives my skin the smoothest look and feel, sets my foundation and makes it last at least twice as long, even holds up throughout a hot, sweaty day at a summer festival here in south Florida. It applies like silk and evens out my skin without making me look yellow or like I'm wearing too much makeup, which I feared. Seriously, I don't know where this product has been all my life but I'm incredibly grateful I've found it now.Key Highlights:• Pairs perfectly with my foundation (I use Inglot HD)• Blends very well• Hides imperfections• Long lasting• Works great with brush or beauty blender• Paraben-free• Doesn't test on animals 🐰Only downside is it came to me just a tad bit broken... And by "a tad bit broken," I mean "completely crumbled." So, it has resulted in quite a messy makeup bag. The first time I ordered this, I ordered it from an actual makeup website (Camera Ready Cosmetics). I decided to order from Amazon this time since it was a bit cheaper and more convenient to add to my existing order. However, next time I think I will spend the extra few dollars (+ shipping) to order from CRC to ensure it comes to me in one piece :)

I have continued to repurchase this setting powder. The quality is great and the price is even better! I only wish that there was more product in the pan.

It doesn't last past 1 hour. I have tried many other cheap ones that last at least 3 hours. It layers good, though, so touch ups don't look messy. It's just very thin. Doesn't make me look white, which is good because I'm not white

Hi I bought this product on semi accident. I’m still new to the world of make up; as a guy with no sisters to help me out. I was looking for a translucent powder and stumbled on this product an purchased immediately.I’ve been using sunscreen religiously for the past 3 weeks and have been seeing great results. However the only thing that bothers me about it, is it’s intense shine after multiple applications through the day. I bought this product to help dumb down the shine and it’s done wonders for me.I apply it by using one of the widest brushes I could find with a dome looking end. I applied it to my face after a few minutes of letting the sunscreen rest onto my skin. Instantly seeing results.I work 10 hours days at a warehouse lifting heavy items so sweat and oil naturally emerges from my skin. I feel like this product continues to keep your skin matte and dry through out the day.I will also add that wearing sunscreen makes my eyes water and burn at the near end of my shift. -again bc of being physically active at my job. This product manages to keep its word by keeping what ever product you wear, where you leave it after applying this finishing powder.I will leave another update review after about a month or so of wearing this product.Long over due update!:Ok so basically it’s still holding up to my last review. It’s isn’t notable to my male co workers. I did have a few women at my work place ask if I was using anything. I did fess up and they were very helpful with some questions I had about it. -As long as you don’t over due the powder you’ll be fine. Haha

I use these all the time and love the product. takes away shine, no weird color, lasts long.Shipping could use help. I ordered 3 of these and ALL of them arrived with the powder cracked and broken. The plastic casing was fine, just the powder was, well powder, not a solid cake. There was no padding in the box, just the three compacts floating around in a too large box (6x9x3). I had an empty loose powder container so I broke up the small chunks, making it an even fine powder and added all three into my container. All the shipper needs to do is put a bit of padding in the box.

Pretty much the perfectsetting powder. 💯Best I've used in the "normal/regular/original" type setting powder. As in, not a specialty setting powder e.g. color correction💚💜 or spf, etc. I keep coming back to this one, even after trying many high end versions.💔 It is completely translucent and will actually set your makeup which is perfect for those of us that have fine lines and wrinkles, this includes myself. 😉
