The Little Miracle Worker
My son bought me a Dual Sphere over a year ago I use this on a regular now. Due to having a operation on my upper body I was visiting my Osteopath monthly to reduce the tension and pain relief in my shoulder, neck area.With this little miracle I use as per instructions that come with the sphere or with videos on You Tube I no longer need to visit the Osteopath monthly which is a great saving.I also use this on my tight hamstrings, with regular exercise the Dual Sphere has been a miracle for me.You can always talk to a specialist before buying.
