First day good....But on the second day.....But there's more!
I just got it and am very happy! It's easy to set up and all functions are marked and easy to follow. I checked the accuracy of blood pressure and heart rate against my blood pressure machine and it's been within a couple of pts. I have nothing but good things to say and am looking forward to seeing how it will hold up during tomorrows work out...... Back after 4 days. It stopped linking to my phone the 2nd day and will not link up again. If you don't want the phone connection, which keeps a history and ongoing info the wrist watch is fine. But, if you want what it's said to do be very careful. Also, the Email address that is listed comes up invalid. No support.I got my wife one for Valentines Day. Hers is in Chinese. We have Chinese neighbors who read it all to us. My wife doesn't mind. But, If you don't have Chinese neighbors-good luck. So the wrist stuff works fine. But that's as far as it goes.....Well it's another day and the forth one of these is going back. I think that unless you let it have access to your files, contacts, photos, location, and more it won't bind and will even revert to Chinese for all it's wording. The BP, HR, Steps, Distance, Calories or Kcal, as they label it, work well. But I can't track sleep, chart my progress over time for anything; But, I am not giving a Chinese based company access to my stuff. And so it goes. 3/24/20.---About three weeks ago I got an email from someone calling herself Nancy. The email asked me to withdraw my review-this one-for $20.00. I said "No." They said that they are a new company and trying to get started and that the review was not in their best interest. They said they are always "improving" the product. So, I said sent me the improved tracker and I'll try it out. They sent it. I have been wearing it for six(6) days and it seems to be functioning as it is advertised to. But, they also sent me a follow up letter with instructions on how to enter a five(5) star review and the $15.00 reward for doing so-or a car charger. Interesting...the name and return address on the letter belong to a woman who has been dead for ten(10) years. And the return address was San Diego, Ca. But the postmark was Santa Ana. That's not even the same county. My review stands. My old tracker won't pair with the phone. Neither will my wife's and hers is still in Chinese. I have returned three(3) or four(4) others- that's not a good record. Would you buy a car with that kind of reliability rating? And so it goes....Does Amazon know that this outfit behaves this way?

Very Nice for the Price *(read update)
I've had this for a little over a month and two weeks now. I got it because I couldn't afford one of the higher priced gadgets. It's been a good little fitness tracker for me so far.Pro's: I like that it keeps track of my heart rate and blood pressure when I want, and my fitness workouts when I want. It has an easy to read face. I like to use the alarm function on the watch to remind me of things during the day. It's quiet and only vibrates on my wrist. I like that the app is easy to use and keeps track of things like my calories burned. The battery lasts all day. In fact I have never really let it go dead. I usually take it off when I shower (because you have to) and put it on the charger then.Con's: The main problem I had, At First, was figure out how to switch the app to English and standard measurements. Having instructions for that in English would be very helpful. The step tracker and the sleep tracker are not completely accurate. They do a good job and I can work with it for the purpose of getting this. I do get up in the night, sometimes frequently, and the tracker never records that, or the steps I take while I'm up.Overall this is a Nice little fitness tracker and heart rate monitor for the price. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a tracker that is reasonably priced.*UPDATE: Still a good fitness tracker with good battery life, however the Runmifit app they require you use with it is NOT. Since the recent update it will No Longer Sync with the device and no longer adds fitness, heart rate, sleep quality, or accurate step counts. I can not get hold of the app admin through the app no matter how I try.I Like the device! I do NOT like the app! Getting a new one that works consistently.

Nice package for the price
The Fitness Tracker HR has all of the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. However, the most annoying thing is the “Binding”. I have a Galaxy S9 Android phone that I loaded the RUNMIFIT App onto. After some futile attempts I did the following: First, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on; then restart your phone and go to the RUNMIFIT App and initiate the “Binding”. Make sure your phone and the Tracker are close to each other. It may take a couple of attempts. However, if you shut off your phone you have to go to the RUNMIFIT App and Rebind. First you have to “Unbind” the Tracker from the phone; shut off your phone; and then rebind the two following the procedure I mentioned earlier. The positive thing is that the Tracker will then upload the data it has stored. In my case, it was a sleep cycle and daily heat rate. I have tested to see how much data it saves on the Tracker. One of the things why I also bought the Tracker was for the Blood Pressure monitoring. My intention was to convince my wife, who has high blood pressure, to wear one. However, there is no history storage of it like the other options. This option is important for those who check their peak BP and heart rate to review their recovery response time after exercising.I did check my pulse registered by the Tracker and found it to be accurate. I checked it against my Pulse Oximeter, which I had confirmed it’s accuracy at my doctors’s office. I also checked the Blood Pressure option. However, I don’t have a method to confirm it’s accuracy. The reading it gives me is in the range of a reading at a doctor’s office. I plan to check it at a future appointment. So to recap, the Tracker does preform as advertised and at a reasonable price. If you keep your phone on 24/7 then the Binding/Unbinding procedure shouldn’t be a problem. The heart rate and sleep analysis graphics are great and informative. However, the lack of recording and graphing the history of the Blood Pressure option is disappointing. It would have provided a great analysis package.
